We brought in Next Perimeter to help our medical practice scale fast, and they totally delivered. Most MSPs we talked to wanted us to go with VDI or terminal servers, which was a hassle because you’d need a physical computer for each employee plus another one rented in the cloud. That’s two computers, and VDI is terrible for things like video calls. Next Perimeter took us fully cloud-based with Intune and Entra, no servers or firewalls needed. They used their ready-to-go configs, so we didn’t have to pay for some big custom setup. When we got acquired, the parent company’s IT folks were seriously impressed with how well everything was set up. I’d definitely recommend Next Perimeter for their smart, no-fuss approach to cloud solutions.
