Prices in US dollars not NZ

Ordered shoes at what I thought was $139 NZ dollars, turns out their prices are in US dollars and was charged $246.80
Absolutely gutted.. I would never have paid that for them. Not an NZ company as it seems .. statement says Budapest
Now I'm wondering if I'll ever get the shoes after reading the reviews.
😭
Update.. I did receive the shoes but customer service wasn't interested in cancelling the order as it states in their t&cs that they charge in $US.
Also the shoes came from China so I'm not sure if they are real addidas or not.
Look and feel good quality though. I'd be happy if I hadn't been tricked into paying over $100 more than planned.

FRAUDULENT!!!

They charge you $USD but don't show that anywhere on the website. They tell you your order is processing but 6 days later, no posting email, no answer on their phone number - BOGUS!!!

SCAM

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BUYING

When you order from their New Zealand website, you would expect to be charged in NZD. HOWEVER, I recently discovered that they charged me in USD without any warning during checkout. This hidden currency charge is deceptive, adding unnecessary conversion fees and leaving me feeling completely misled.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

If it's too good to be true, it's probably bs.

We all know the line, "If it's too good to be true, it's probably bs".
I'm glad I came on to this review website before I made a purchase from them. Their website has an Auckland address, Sylvia Park Shopping Mall, Mt Wellington, Auckland, NZ. I've checked the Sylvia Park website, and there is no mention of a NEXTSHOESS trading shop in the shoe stores list. (You will need to look up Silvia Park website as you are not allowed to leave links in reviews).
There are enough negative reviews on this website to raise the flag.
I have checked Sylvia Park's list of shoe stores and NEXTSHOESS are not listed on there. Maybe someone will ring them and ask them whether NEXTSHOESS trades there.
It would be no use to contact NEXTSHOESS as they have listed a North American phone number suffix (+1). NZ's suffix is (+64). Just another red flag amongst many.
Oh well, it's off to the local mall for me, and I am in NZ. Happy shopping all!

Scam site

Scam site, luckily my payments were blocked by my bank as they have already been made aware of this website but ive now had to cancel my debit card and get a new one. Not a NZ based webpage as advertised. Do not use this site by any means!

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. It charged my credit card US dollars and I never received my goods. I 'chatted' online and after stating that I would report them (which I have) they gave me a phone number to call. The phone number, I discovered, was to another online shoe company - shoes direct.

Dont trust this store! its a scam!

Dont trust this store. its a scam and fraud. I am from NZ and there is no physical store here which they have claimed on their address. Moreover, the website is in NZ but it actually charges you for $USD which is really misleading to new potential buyers. Furthermore, if you cancel your order even immediately after you placed your order, they will charge you 15% cancelation fee which is OUTRAGEOUS. Looks like they really did it on purpose to withold the real currency to scam and mislead peolple. Stay away from this store.

Hiding the currency

Their website hides the fact that they charge in USD. I bought school shoes for my daughter and and even received an email from them with the invoice - and nowhere did it show the currency - they just debited my account for the USD amount. When i emailed them regarding this, as in straight away the next morning - they said i can cancel but they will charge me a 15% cancellation fee! Now i am waiting for the shoes to be delivered but they just keep responding with non committal answers and telling me that their orders get shipped in bulk so there will be delays. This company must be stopped!

Very Deceitful Website

This company's website is very deceitful and dishonest. They advertise their goods on a NZ platform and claim to be located at 286 Mount Wellington Highway, Auckland 1060, New Zealand. Once you have made you purchase you receive an invoice for the advertised amount. At no point during these transactions are you informed that the currency is very different. it is not until you check your VISA statement that you discover you have been robbed. They have taken the advertised amount of monies out but in US$ - nearly 2 x the amount that you agreed to and were invoiced for. Totally not acceptable on any Fair Trading terms

The website says NZ

The website says NZ. It mentions Mt Wellington as an address. At the end of my $139 purchase it said nothing g about being in American dollars or sourcing from America. The only indication was my bank account pending $232 for the payment. Not happy and cancelled after being charged 10% for doing so. If your from NZ, beware of this website

This is my third order from Nextshoess company. I have had all good experiences, including this recent purchase. I have been wearing their sneakers for years, and have now purchased a pair for my wife. Last week, Nextshoess company sent me a note saying my order should arrive today. It did. I am very pleased.
