I have been on NexusPipe for 7 months now, here is my sincere opinion:
My websites have never been down by DDoS
There are several Filters Mode which are well there is also the possibility of blacklist IPs etc...
I never had a problem with this.
The only suggestion I can make is to add the possibility of putting several IP addresses to do load balancing.
Let’s talk about the support, the support is very responsive, sometimes I sent my message at 4 am I had an answer 20 minutes after, and this answer was to tell me that it was settled and it’s really cool.
I will stay on NexusPipe so !

NexusPipe is amazing solution for businesses with critical network infrastructure that require great protection against any kind of Layer 7 attacks. NexusPipe surprised my expectations for such a great pay-to-go billing. Their web interface is very great to use and supported by docs. My site have 100% uptime past few weeks, around 140 milion requests were blocked to this time with absolutely minimum passed attack requests to backend. The greatest thing I like is good protection without the need to apply JavaScript or forcing Captcha to every legit visitor (even if under attack). Support is aswell really amazing and fast, same as their geo-routing services and overall low latency from NexusPipe PoPs.

NexusPIPE has been a significant improvement over Cloudflare for me. It's prices are siginficantly lower than any of Cloudflare's paid tiers for my use-cases. Additionally, unlike Cloudflare, NexusPIPE doesn't try to throw unnecessary features at you.
In terms of support, NexusPIPE's owner nearly instantly responded when I asked for assistance when trying to configure my domain.
I would suggest that NexusPIPE adds some form of documentation or info-cards describing the format of certain inputs where it's not immediately clear, such as the Passive URI Filter & Origin Address fields.
