I’ve tried several saddles over the years, but none have come close to the comfort of my Nexxper. From my very first ride, I could feel the difference, no numbness, no discomfort, just pure enjoyment on the bike.

The shape really supports me in all the right places, and I can ride longer without constantly adjusting my position. You can tell it’s been designed by people who actually understand what cyclists need. The build quality is excellent too, it feels solid, but it’s still nice and light.

Honestly, it has completely changed my riding experience. I actually look forward to longer rides now. If you’re hesitating, just go for it. I wish I had found it sooner!

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, with delivery typically taking 3 to 7 days, depending on your location and the selected shipping method.

What they don't tell you is that most of the product they sell comes directly from overseas. . . China, Japan, etc. Hence, it will have to go through rigorous custom scrutiny. That adds a LOT more to delivery time than they state.

They ask you to be patient, but for how long? They're full of excuses, but no solid answers. IF they do not give a refund, I will have my CC company withdraw the funds.

UPDATE 8/6/25:
I have been corresponding with a person called Charly. He is belligerent & disrespectful. . . especially to a submarine veteran. He even had the nerve to call my character into question.

Charly exaggerates & tends to bend the truth. I have the email trails to prove it.

His retort is that of a carnival barker, a LOT of exaggerated noise. I have many people who will vouch for my character. I do not lie, & I am bluntly honest about it.

Caveat Emptor.

PS - It sometimes shows one's character by the company they keep. Google GOFO Shipping. . .

UPDATE 8/15/25:
I received the seat, but there were issues. The rails on the saddle need to be 2". . . which is standard. Said rails were 1.75" making the saddle useless for installing on the post.

On top of the aforementioned, the rails were chewed up like the saddle was regifted/repurposed/used. I went to 2 bike shops, each being in business for 25+ years, & showed them the saddle. With minor variation, both said it was junk.

I asked for a refund from Nexxper(Charly)& was ghosted. Too bad, because now my bank is investigating them. I will get my money back one way or another. It didn't have to be this way.

When I got under their skin, rattled their cage, raised the heat, communication took approx. 20 minutes between emails. If the email was nice, it took 24 hours minimal. Funny how that works.

PS - Ever noticed how some people are guilty of what they accuse the other of? They started with the insults, one time directing stating that I had "No Class".

The conversation was getting out of hand, & I asked them to call. I offered ways out, yet they were belligerent & refused. The problem with email ONLY communication.

So far everything seemes OK, not been onwards long rides yet so will know better then.

The saddle was just what i needed well padded and strong with the additional reflector light and LED flashlight which you can incorporate. So much so that my partner has pinched mine and ordered another one for me,

Great product, the seat fitted perfectly on my Specialized turbo Levo comp . Nice and comfortable I’m really happy.

This seat is great. Great comfort and good quality. plus good air flow, and the light was a nice plus.

I stand corrected from a previous review where I had not realized I could remove the mount this seat came with. It fits perfectly, rides much better than original seat and love the rechargeable LED seat light!

Received my seat a few days ago but just tried it out around my house,getting ready for a ride out in the park. It looks like it should be very comfortable, nice safety light on the back will help for safety.

Return policy fails to mention returns are sent to France while US sales originate out of Jamaica, NY.

Customer Service following the sale was robust and found helpful.

Customer service excellence, before during and after sales. Quality of product is great and it fits discretely under the saddle of the bike. Saves on full pockets and the risk of things falling out. Highly recommended

Excellent service

Great seat and good quality did a 30 mile off road ride all good no sore butt , not to sure about the rear light it's not very bright also it's on my MTB and when I've put on the rear mud guard the light has to be removed but it's not a deal breaker. All in all a great seat.

Excellent saddle for the money. The functional design of the saddle makes riding comfortable, and the cushioning felt that it was giving me good support over the bumps. The material looks hard wearing and good quality. The saddle was easy to fit on to my existing seat post rails and can be adjusted very simply. Take note of the dimensions of the saddle as it is a bit wider and deeper than some other saddles to extend greater riding comfort. Would recommend.
