Service level is good and it’s usually a cosy cinema without noise and with serviceminded and friendly personnel.

Went to a special showing of "Home Alone". The sound was so low, it was almost impossible to hear the dialogue. At times it sounded like MONO, and the quiet sound was coming only from the central speaker. I thought that it was one of those 4K Remastered experiences, but it sounded like you played an old version, which was not ready for your system.

Good relaxing seats and the entire experience is always good in Fields NF Bio.

My friends and I enjoyed a movie here, and it was a wonderful experience for all of us. The theater was cosy and felt intimate too. The staff were welcoming and helpful to explain, as it was our first time at Palads.

Nice movie theatre, and cool buildings in the center, just the prices are a little too much if you want to be a frequent gooar.

Honestly everything just went smooth. I bought a ticket for myself, then a friend of mine bought one for me too, the refund went flawless.

Here in Lyngby they have a nice selection of treats to eat/drink during the movie and very comfortable seats. The staff is super nice. Everything is just the way it is supposed to be.

The service is great. The theatre is also amazing and the space is why nderfuk.

Imperial Bio is the most complete ultimate cinema experience for me in Copenhagen. While it lacks the tall aspect ratio and closeness to the screen of IMAX, it more than makes up for it with its incredibly impressive spatial audio system that makes everything sound exciting while adding tons of 3D layers to the movie. Sounds don't just come from different directions around you, but also add height to it and sound as if they were coming from precise points in 3D space.
The screen is also enormous, incredibly bright and colorful. The seats are also reclinable, which makes for an extremely comfortable experience.

Even the lounge area before entering the movie theater itself is quite wide spacious and clean, perfect for gathering all your friends before the movie starts.

Terrible movie selection. Get your defecation together

They have poor customer service when it comes to tickets and refunds. I bought tickets online to a showing but could not make it due to illness, so I called their customer service line to get a refund. But because I didn't buy them through a bioplus profile, I have to physically go into the cinema to get a refund before the showing. Poor ticketing and refund policy. I must say, especially when you consider the Covid circumstance.

I booked tickets for the wrong cinema - dumb mistake. Support helped me get the right tickets before the movie started and refunded my other tickets. Great service.

What is this BIO card???
10 times I tried to buy a ticket from your website and I can't pay unless I put in my BIO card number. I don't have one and I don't need one. I just one a movie ticket.
And there is no option where you can mark that you do not have one.
Why do you make it so hard for people to get some movie tickets?

Instead of telling people how to click on a button, you might wanna check with your BACK-END team. You clearly have a bug that stops people from buying tickets.
I tried again after your response and still doesn't work.

What is this new travesty around Nordisk Biografer? The lack of possibility to reserve tickets has been discussed here as many one star reviews demonstrate. The intelligence insulting excuse of many people not picking up the tickets does not hold water.

So, ok, let's buy a ticket. Go to kino.dk, find the movie and the cinema, choose the seats and press buy. Now it all gets cancelled and it takes me to nfbio.dk where I cannot use my kino.dk account. Fine, I'll make a new one. But, in order to make an account it requires me to accept the condition that I can get spam (email, sms, whatnot) with various offers. One simply cannot make an account without accepting this. This is where I draw the line.

This is the age of never cheaper large TVs, never cheaper projectors, and never more accessible vast amount of content through streaming services. Better than cinema experience, but at home is within reach for many people. Instead of fighting to fill the empty cinemas with ever improving customer services, Nordisk Biografer resorts to this parody of a business model.
