My main problem has been with my bank, which then caused my problem w/Nassau, and I've been reticent to contact NFG since. Sheila E (not the drummer, LOL) made everything PERFECT again. However, we were less impressed with Nassau website [several days ago we were unable to access information on one of the policies] or the Nassau automated phone messaging system.
