Laurie was excellent

Laurie was excellent. She did a wonderful job of fully explaining the different options available on this policy. Thank goodness for her, as I truly didn’t understand the possibilities. She obviously “knows her stuff”.

Sheila was terrific, so helpful.

Nassau expeditiously connected me to a human being who was able to answer my questions and solved my problem without fuss. I had over 50 address and phone changes to make after we moved. Nassau's was the fastest and easiest to accomplish.
