Again, a 1 star score is 1 too many.

My employer uses NGAHR and even as a software engineer myself I struggle to use their software, it has more defects than features. I tried reporting the security vulnerabilities I found but no response. They don't even have a basic understanding of how emails work and constantly send sensitive emails regarding account access to the wrong mailbox!

Would of rated them ZERO stars if I could ! 1 star is too generous ! While I applied for a job from a company, to gain background checks / referees, they used this NGAHR company. This company didn't do what I wanted them to do and after many many many phone calls they finally did, as the phone number given to me was either inactive or keeps ringing (no one in office - probably somewhere having fun or being lazy I don't know!!) and what I didn't want them to do they only gone and did !! And involved me giving out information that I did not want to give out under false pretence, and going back on their word just to cover them selves !!! I even explained the reason, valid reasons why I did NOT want to give out this information, then this girl on the phone just said 'Sorry' in a humorous way - Yeah I glad you found it funny I didn't !!!! The long and lengthy process from start to finish was just bad and VERY disorganised, they only had 1 job to do, 1 job !! Because of this company, I was not accepted for that job I applied for, for something that was no fault of mine AND out of my control, what's worse I even turned down another job thinking I had a good chance of being accepted for this job, so yes I was (maybe still am) angry / annoyed / fuming because of NGAHR !!! So thanks !! NOT !!! Never ever again would I use this company again !!!!! Bad Bad Experience !!!
