Hey, everyone! I can't express how grateful I am to NHash; they just helped me recover $800 USDT that I mistakenly sent to one of their TRC20 addresses. It was a simple human error while pasting another address. I was under so much stress due to this mistake, but they REALLY took the time to help me track the transaction. They confirmed that the funds were received by mistake, and also were sent to another payments company! Nevertheless, they managed to retrieve it for me. I'm extremely happy and have complete trust in them. The customer service was stellar, and not to mention, they also shipped my mining unit very quickly! What more can you expect? A total recommendation!

Update to review: I spoke with Hiro at NHash and he was very motivated to ensure my experience was a positive one. He agreed to honor my request and credit me the difference of the "in stock" price vs the "pre order" price and assured me the unit is in DHL's possession for shipping. Mistakes happen and good companies honor their commitments. I will update this review again when I receive the credit and the unit is updated in DHL as shipped.

On November 23rd I purchased an "In Stock" IceRiver KS3M from NHash after communicating with NHash online to confirm pricing, shipping timeline, and that it was indeed an in stock unit that would ship immediately. I read the reviews on TrustPilot and checked socials to see what the feedback was about the firm. Excellent reviews here and mostly positive on socials. I paid $8999.00 11/23 and was informed the unit "should ship" that week. I followed up on the 28th requesting tracking info and was informed they would pick up machines from factory on 29th. On December 1st I still had no tracking info and requested to cancel the order and receive a full refund (9 days from order and not even assigned a tracking number and clearly not "in stock") I was informed the invoice was sent to the freight forwarder. On December 3rd I requested a credit for "in stock" price IF it has shipped (still no tracking) or a FULL Refund if not yet shipped. On December 6th (two weeks after initial order) I again requested full refund (I emailed them directly and requested via Telegram) and received no response.
On December 7th I communicated with Hiro on Telegram making clear I would like a full refund. He said he would look into getting it shipped and apologized for the delay. I reiterated that I would like a refund. I received a tracking number on December 9th (label printed by Nhash) but unit has not been picked up by DHL.
Bottom line: They sold me a unit at an in stock premium and have refused to provide a full refund OR ship the unit after 20 days. I have procured hundreds of crypto miners direct from manufacturers and wholesalers/distributors in Hong Kong and China and this is the first time I've had this kind of situation occur. I've had shipping delays and/or manufacturing delays but NOT wholesalers selling me an in stock item I paid a premium for that didn't actually have the item and refused to refund.

Here is my experience with NHASH. I have made two purchase from NHASH. Both were KS0s. First purchase was one KS0 that when it became available in stock, it shipped out immediately via DHL. It arrived to my door in TEXAS within about 4 days. Incredible service. So I decided after about a month or so to make a more significant purchase. I purchased 6 KS0 miners. Instead of buying it directly through the NHASH I went through Bella Chen in order to get their advertised price on Telegram. She provided me with the bitcoin address and I sent my payment. Within about half an hour she informed me it cleared. These were on backorder, but they were expected to get fulfilled within about a week. On the day that the items were supposed to be in stock I sent a follow up message to Bella. She reviewed my order and had it ready to ship out the next day. Within about 4 days... actually earlier than what DHL expected for it to arrive, I had all 6 miners at my door. Every single one of them works flawlessly. Only thing annoying is that they all came with the UK plugs. Had a few laptop cables lying around that I exchanged for the C5 Power Cords. Also bought from Amazon a C14 to 2xC5 Power Cord to take advantage of my 240 PDU. Everything is working fine and my ASIC miners are all overclocked using the custom firmware. Getting anywhere between 140-150 instead of the advertised 100. A+ for experience and A+ for DHL shipping. Looking at making some additional purchases from NHASH.
