Ongoing Issues at Royal Albert Wharf E16

I have now been living at Royal Albert Wharf for six years, and every summer the same unacceptable issues return: sex workers operating, professional drug dealers frequenting the area, and unsupervised children screaming and running wild in the courtyard at all hours of the day and night.

When I purchased my property, I was explicitly assured that the neighbouring flats were intended for professionals and would be privately rented. That promise has proven entirely false. Many of these units are now allocated via the council waiting list, with some occupants engaging in criminal and anti-social behaviour. This is not the safe, professional environment I was sold.

I have submitted countless complaints over the years — and yet, nothing meaningful has been done. It has become abundantly clear that Notting Hill Genesis has no genuine interest in resolving these issues. The only consistency I’ve experienced is the expectation that I continue to pay my monthly charges without fail.

This ongoing situation has caused me severe stress and anxiety. It is seriously affecting my mental health and pushing me towards depression. No one should have to live like this — especially after investing in what was meant to be a peaceful and secure home.

I will be seeking compensation from Notting Hill Genesis for the emotional distress and the ongoing breach of the assurances I was given at the time of purchase.

To anyone considering buying a home from Notting Hill Genesis — I strongly urge you to reconsider.

I have just received a threat of legal action from the Property Manager at Notting Hill regarding outstanding payments. Yet, despite my repeated reports, no one has contacted me about the ongoing antisocial behaviour in our development. Issues such as sex workers, drug dealers, and drug use continue to occur here, and Notting Hill has still failed to address or even acknowledge these serious concerns.

I have never lived in a place as despicable as a Royal Albert Woolf. The biggest problem is Notting Hill Genesis thinking people can behave a certain way and they do no action with video sounds recording of how children are out screaming constantly also with all the drug dealing that is happening in our development Notting Hill Genesis said to me to report it to the police we had the police in our development I spoke to them and they have all the reports. They truly don’t care how decent residents that have paid their life savings to live here they just cater for one type of person. Not in no circumstances purchase a property in this development it is despicable.
We have individuals moving into one-bedroom apartments with one to three children to secure social housing, leaving their children unattended and making excessive noise from the balcony. This situation warrants urgent action.

Started looking into properties with little knowledge about the process. When I found about lampton parkside I did a walk-in as a mere learning exercise. There I might Shreya..
Not only did she convince me I was on the right track , she got me interested in the properties and offered guides and linked me with people who helped me through the whole process.. she was at hand to help with the processing and corrections as I fumbled my way through it. She and rest of the team at NHG homes lampton were super helpful and wouldn't be at this stage without their assistance..
