Dreadful experience

Dreadful experience. 3 weeks trying to get our organisations mailbox moved to the NHS. Multiple, closed tickets out of no where, can't understand the phone operators, slow replies when the ticket is kept open. All for them to tell me we need to change the email address that we have held for 9 years. stick with your local administrator. Worth doing MFA even if it is just to avoid dealing with helpdesk

NHS mail deletes your account if you…

NHS mail deletes your account if you don't sign in every 30 days.... which is easily done in some workplaces. What if sombody is away for a bit? 30 days is not that long.

It is then a total nightmare to make a new mail. This has wasted an entire morning of my work time and the IT teams time.

I should have been doing my work.... not chasing up an unnecessarily deleted email.

Please change this policy it is absolutely ridiculous. The NHS is strained enough without all this time being wasted on stuff like this.

Awful support service from Accenture…

Awful support service from Accenture and NHSmail support.

Our surgery mailbox filled up over the weekend to 102% and so so one can email us now.

This includes hospitals, other surgeries and patients.

NHSmail have taken 14 days so far and still unable to simply clear down a deleted items and junk mail folder. Totally hopeless. This task should take 30 minutes at the maximum.

Good luck getting email support

As a 3rd party health service provider to the NHS, the NHSmail support is the worst I've tried to work with in years. Microsoft 365 blame the NHS system, NHSmail blames Microsoft, Accenture sits in the middle and doesn't want to get involved. Meanwhile, patients miss assessments, treatments and appointments.

St Albans - Physiological Measurements Ltd

Physiological Measurements Ltd

Since September I was waiting for an Ultrasound. I've done last week (end of January). The woman who made it I'm sure she didn't know how to do or was her the first time (they think we don't catch the things, and she was texting someone else all the time) her accent is extremely heavy so hard to understand (Indian).
In the end, I was asking some things to her but she didn't give me importance and ignored me in the very end. I say thank you, and bye and she didn't answer absolutely nothing, she was just looking at her mobile phone. So terrible.
It was to me to have some answer some return of my Ultrasound in about2 or 3 days, but it's being one week already, and nothing.
I'm totally skeptical with the medicine and doctors here. Absolutely no sense of knowledge and diagnosis totally poor. Poor.

I couldn't see my ovaries, she didn't shown me and talk about it to me. The screen was turned around to me to not see that. I'm missing the doctors and the knowledge of my doctors in my Country. They are the best and you get to know your body and they have early diagnosis. So you don't die and/or don't suffer with some illness bec they discover the diagnostic early. Here you should be dying to them to do something for you, and it's possible to them to make a mistake on you. They are really bad, there's a few good ones, but in total, poor peoples. The worse experience I've been having.

After 5 years you still need to give evidence of yoyr Existence even for a Replacement of card! Ridiculous

My husband and I have applied on 21st January for a Replacement of the the New Health insurance card, due to the Brexit, as we have already received the First Health insurance card, but now with the Brexit, we need to replace ours cards.
I have received the card in 5 days. In 1 day only my positive response.
We are italian, we have been living in London since September 2016, my husband has been working for the same Company since April 2017, we have our NHS number since January 2017, we have been living at our current address for 4 years and in London for 5 roughly. So you can understand better what we feel about this issue.
Do you think is possible and understandable that the Overseas Healthcare Services Offices has put on hold my husband 's application because they need more evidence of his Residency in London?!
What?! Are you joking with us?!?
Same applications, same address, same Company he works for, same marriage, same Electoral register vote at office in Haringey and they handle these Applications in such different way?
We want a clarification. We deserve it. You are wasting our time.
We have been sending emails with all kind of files and documents attached to these emails and they do not reply!!!!! We have been sending Complaints to the proper office. And they don't answer.
It is just a Replacement!!!! We have been living here for 5 years roughly and this is the right attitude?!??
You don't understand that is a Replacement and not a New Request!
Genius!!!!!!!
No one reply to our email.
Is this the after Brexit 's Behaviour?! London opens arms!!?
It is socially unacceptable!
But keep in mind that we will not get tired of repeating that it is a Replacement only, that you are wasting our time, and we will not get tired of sending emails, Complaints abd Reviews about your bad job on all Social media platforms.
My husband needs a card!
What are you doing? Do you want to tell us that he didn't live enough fingerprints?!! He didn't give enough evidence of his Existence and Life in London after 5 years roughly.
And are you paid to do this kind of useless job?
We have been for a replay, for a card and for a clarification since 22 January and today is 4th February only.
How long does this kind of clever and smart check take?!!
Months?!?
We are aware of our Rights.

This government department is…

This government department is incompetent in that it is not providing adequate government funding to Colchester orthodontic centre in colchester. It is high time people start objecting in the strongest terms to the shortfalls in funding for these vital services for our children the government would be in uproar if the general public objected to paying ever increasing council taxes yet accepting decreasing levels of service, the blame lays squarely at this trusts inability to focus on the most local issues.
