Subscribed to this site and. Instead of charging me the $19.98 I agreed to they charged me $19.98 twice and an additional $9.98. $50,00 scam! I’m reading that they are notorious for doing this. STAY AWAY

Scam, charged without free trial
I wanted to try the 7 day free trial, it gave me a 70% off pop up (which said free trial included) so I clicked purchase. It immediately charged my card and skipped the free trial. Google says it is a non-refundable purchase and now nibble is saying my account doesn't exist. So I have paid for it when I didn't want to and I can't even access the paid version of the app. The information on the app is horrible as well. I was excited about the music category and all it had was kpop. Gardening only had 3 vegetable blurbs available. Very poor app, DO NOT PURCHASE.

Top customer service ⭐
To be clear, I didn't use the app. This rating is for customer service alone. I got the app on a promotion discount, but never used it. I accidentally bought an add-on I didn't want and I also auto renewed the subscription by mistake.
On both occasions the Nibble team immediately refunded my money and were very quick and helpful. Most companies would punish the user and make it very difficult but they treated me ann my money with respect.
You will be in safe hand with these guys ⭐

Great app, very informative!
It's a tad expensive for what it offers but the things it does offer are great.
Also, they have an excellent customer service. I forgot to cancel my subscription and they were nice enough to give me a full refund even though they absolutely did not have to.
