Nibble somehow tricked me into paying…

Nibble somehow tricked me into paying 24EUR and I don’t even know how. I saw an advert and might have clicked to simply download the app. Now Two months later I have paid them 35 EUR (11+24) for nothing as I NEVER EVEN USED THE APP. They keep sending you to their “terms of use” but these are so obviously illegal as they refuse to make “any refunds”

Beware: Deceptive Practices and Legal Violations by UAE-Based Company

I was misled into subscribing to services I neither needed nor intended by simply pressing "Continue." Within 20 minutes of realizing the mistake, I requested a cancellation and refund. Despite my prompt action, the company—based in the United Arab Emirates—refused to issue a refund, citing their terms and conditions, which I only saw afterward. This conduct blatantly violates EU consumer protection laws, which entitle consumers to a refund and cancellation rights, particularly when a service is unintentionally purchased. The company's refusal to honor these rights is not only unethical but also likely illegal under EU law. I strongly urge others to avoid this app and the company's deceptive practices. Don’t fall into the same trap!

Easy-to-use European investment platform

I have been investing with Nibble for a year now. Their website is easy to use and returns have been paid weekly to my account as promised. As they use Euro rather than GBP you do have to get used to this, but I have had no currency-related issues. I am happy to give them my highest recommendation.

Cant make withdrawals

They switched all of the sudden to that you can't get your investments back by bank transfer. You need to pay to get your credit card info in your account. If you don't have a credit card, 'you just have to wait until they do bank transfers again'. Very bad service. Seems like scam.

Hello!
Dear client,
As before, Nibble withdraws funds available on the balance of our investors.
At the moment, withdrawals are made to bank cards. All transactions are free of commissions. You don't have to pay anything on our platform.
Replenishment with a minimum amount is technically necessary to obtain bank card data for future withdrawals. This amount, for example, 1 euro, will be displayed on your balance and you will be able to withdraw it with the rest of the funds.
Unfortunately, there is no other way to get your card details.
We cannot give the exact date of availability of bank transfers. Alas, it does not depend directly on us, but on the banks. As soon as the bank transfers become available, we will notify our clients.
As we told you earlier, when you provide us with your bank card details, we will immediately send you your money.

They dont give my investments back

They dont give my investments back. A few months ago they changed the way you can withdraw your money from bank transfers to credit card payments. It was a nightmare the way i had to reclaim my money but once they agree to give my money back ten Days ago im still expecting It.

Finally arrived at a different credit card. Struggling with the card and at the end you send It to the first one, the wrong one (as you explain). 🙃

My bank keeps telling me the money hasn't arrived because It wasn't the right bank Who has the money. A meses and waste of time.

It's in my top 3 P2P platforms out of…

It's in my top 3 P2P platforms out of the 8 I have money invested in.

Interest is paid weekly, and we can make short term investments 1-6 months.

With conservative and risky self-investment models ranging from 9.7% to 19% annual interest return.

Too bad it still doesn't have an app.

Simple and reliable

I joined Nibble several months ago and thoroughly enjoying my experience. The platform is simple and straightforward for a beginner like me. In the agreement, no complicated schemes with hidden commissions. Terms & Conditions have been set according to the fixed or flexible income choice. After the new year, they raised my fixed interest rate to 9.7%, which is a good gift for my short-term investments, so I decided to share my experience and would definitely recommend trying Nibble.
