I never recieved my hay from this company.It has become apparent to me that they do not value their customers and I would certainly not use them again. I bought my hay in good faith from this company I had no idea who was going to deliver this for them. They are now washing their hands of my complaint and have said its my problem with dpd, this is the carrier they chose to deliver my hay so surely they should be dealing with it. It was apparently delivered and left in a blue bin(it is not my bin unless it was delivered on my bin day as I have to bring my bin from the back to the front for collection) so if this was right I can only assume that prehaps my bin was collected and it was in there. Let's be honest a cardboard box doesn't look out of place in your blue bin!!!!! They have my money and im pretty sure that dpd are not going to refund me it lies with this company to do so.The customer service was not great 2 of my emails were ingnored until I sent another and then the responded. I would avoid buying from this company

Best hay ever… been using to feed my 2 rabbits for a while now and their health is great. They love it. Wouldn’t use anything else and highly recommend thank you

Not the hay I ve been using for the last 3 years from them. A lot darker and very soft. My rabbits don't eat it. Communication with the business is dreadful, they ignore messages and emails. I an very disappointed, and might look I to another supplier.

Our picky rabbits really loved the Timothy hay from this brand. As soon as I put it down, they started eating it right away. We tried both the first and second cut of the hay, and they liked the first cut a bit more. So, we decided to get a regular delivery of it. The hay smells great and doesn't have any dust.
