I have been using this place now for a long time, i found them by chance way, back and sadly, I still don't see enough of them out there advertised. The oils are absolutely for top class. You cannot go wrong, might be the odd fragrance. You wouldn't like personally, but the oils themselves are outstanding. Really strong bottles are great. Customer services, fantastic, not a single thing. I can fault about this company. Highly recommend. Thank you guys you are amazing

NI candle supplies is my go to supplier with 90% of all my supply orders now being given to these guys.
Like all businesses pricing needs to take a priority for both materials and postage, fast turn around is also important and I have to say NI candle supplies excel in both these
As for their customer service I have yet to find out l, never had a problem, although I have no doubt they would be more than helpful

Had trouble using their fragrance oils ( tried loads of different recipes according to their customer service, wasted lots of wax) and they won't allow return and refund

When you mentioned detecting a bitter scent with one particular fragrance, we clarified that neroli is derived from the bitter orange tree and may possess that characteristic. To help resolve the issue, we offered a complimentary replacement sample for you to test further and recommended adding the fragrance at a lower temperature. We looked forward to hearing how these adjustments worked for you.
Unfortunately, we have not received any further correspondence from you, nor any request for a return or refund. Furthermore, we did not receive any comments during our communication indicating that the fragrances were causing headaches. We could have provided some guidance regarding this had you made us aware.
Had you reached out to us again, we would have been more than willing to offer additional support.
