Great response time and customer service
I got an email saying my package was shipped and I mistook that as delivered and was obviously upset when I didn't find it, I sent an email and they responded within 10 minutes clearing the misunderstanding, I have never had such a timely and respectful response from any customer service agent and I could not be more thankful to have such an expedited answer to any thoughts I may have, I trust that this company will fix any issues you have with your delivery and I believe they are there to actually help you rather than to waste the time you have
