Paul” and this was on Jan 16, 2023. And have been trying to contact them at this email address (that I’ve used to be able to contact them). But now that email address doesn’t work.

scam! I am reporting this company to Facebook and the fcc!!! Taking peoples money but sending no product!

Never received my purchase. It has been 4 months. They no longer respond to my correspondence.

We ordered 3 Spinning Ride-on toys in December 2022 for our children christmas present. They were not delivered. I email the store and was given an invalid tracking#. I took this tracking number to the postal service and was told that this was a small package delivered to someone elses (not us) mail box. My question is how did 3 oversized boxes fit into the mail box. The postal service said it is a SCAM. The tracking# provided was for a small pkg addressed to someone else and was delivered to that person. It was not my order and it was not delivered to us.

I agree with all comments about scamming. Ordered a 360° Spinning Car for my grandson. Received a piece of material described as a scarf .! I sent a direct email to NiceGo, to my surprise got a reply.! Said it was a supplier error. Told me if not happy to send item back and when received back to supplier in China they would credit me on order + postage for returning item. As if they would expect me to waste another £10 to post back....! I sent a further email and send requested full refund & I would seek advise through trading standards.....guess what no reply this time, just a message account email inbox is full...! Facebook should be accountable, allowing dodgy sites to advertise or pinning on back of genuine sites. What vetting do these companies go through..? None I guess, just lining Facebooks pockets...avoid at all cost.. any deal too good to be true is just false...wish I'd investigated Trust a Pilot first....too late..Never buy through Facebook again unless I get a miraculous refund..🤔

Find my order did I sign for a order no I did not plus the homework is never empty have I been scanned thanks face book still waiting for a response that it was delivered checked cctv no delivery so frustrating never buy of face book again

AVOID SCAMMERS - send scraps made into half a tie, supposed to be a scarf instead of human size dog bed. Why can’t these people be stopped!

I order 2 360 spinning cars n they sent me 2 head bands. These cars was for my grand boys. 😭 Why do they allow others to take advantage of hard working people. BUT GOD!!!!!

I wish that I had read these emails before I ordered storage boxes.

Other selling sites still appear on Facebook, selling the same work bench.
I guess these are all scammers as well! BEWARE!

Got a silk scarf instead of a pop up work bench. Didn't know they were related as we never ordered a silk scarf from anywhere until I saw the other review below. Got a shipping confirmation through "lettracking" that said it was coming from China through LA. This is a scam. AVOID!

Seems to be a scam. Zero stars not a choice. Customer service email was for NICEGO.COM. they have never responded to me? The order confirmation and the tracking email came from COANOW the advertisement said the products would be shipped from the USA but the tracking email said my items were shipping from China, tracking appeared to go from China to Los Angeles to Sacramento to my hometown and said it was delivered on January 12 but it was not! when I click the links for help in that tracking email now their websites doesn’t exist anymore, I get a server error (it work prior) pretty sure I’ve been scammed. I purchased some storage boxes that were on a 3 pack sale.

Appears to be a scammer. Instead of receiving the promised bench saw I had ordered, I received some strips of material that claim to be silk scarves with a zero monetary value. They responded to emails initially and provided a tracking number but obviously this turned out to be part of the scam. I have registered a one star review but it should be zero.
