its a fake website. Purchased a drone back in June and i still havent received it. contacted them via e-mail and they told me, i should be a little longer. 4 months later still havent received the package and they stopped to my e-mails. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Purchased the one hand shoe laces. Hope you like white because that’s all they send you regardless of color ordered. And they expect you to pay for shipping back to them in order to get a refund. No exchange at their expense. No bending or compromise. Unprofessional and rude staff replies to email. Can’t even say if they work as described as I don’t want white shoelaces on black sneakers!

I ordered the Spillproof Paint Brushes and never received a confirmation email with a tracking number. My money is gone and all I have is an order number. My mistake for trusting them. Buyer...BEWARE!!

I also ordered the no tie shoelaces. One set was fine. The other set was the wrong color, missing the screwdriver and also the instructions. The company told me, like others, that it does not pay for return shipping. I contacted pay pal and the result of my dispute through them was I could return the items, but I had to pay for shipping. And once returned the company would decide as to the amount of my refund.
I have to pay for return shipping? For a company to have a wrong item with missing parts returned? Are you kidding me?
I REALLY wish I had found these reviews before I placed my order.

Never received item.
Almost a month and shipping tracking number still states awaiting package to be shipped. Emailed 3 times and messaged from fb. Without a response back. Be careful when reading reviews. I believe this company nicer gear is getting mixed up with nice gear. Which is sad that the other company is getting a bad rap.

I have not received My Drone till Now .. Its almost 2 Month .. i have paid 115 Dollar . and Received Nothing . This is Fake website . Do Not Order anything from this website. They will Deliver you Low Cost Product ,. but they will Not Delivered above 100 Dollar Products.

MISLEADING. NO 100% GUARANTEE. I ordered three different colors. Purple, grey and black. I received two purples, no grey and a black. When I tried to get it corrected. They said their "company doesn't to support to change or replace the item." WTH! It was their mistake and they don't want to correct it??? NEVER AGAIN!!! And, their website only shows positive reviews, no mediocre or bad reviews...what does that tell you? DON'T BE FOOLED.

Started a dispute through PAYPAL.

I ordered 3 x no tie shoe laces I thought I was buying the ones they were advertising the Quick Shoe Lace brand, branded with the “Q” on the disc ... NO, I received cheap knock offs unbranded no tie shoe laces at first Nicergear tried to ignore me so I contacted them through paypal as I refused to pay for return postage as I told them I was misled into buying their fakes so I wanted them to pay for return postage with full refund Nicergear would only offer me to keep the shoe laces with partial refund, not impressed so I opened a dispute with Paypal within 2 days I received my full refund ..... always pay by Paypal then these jokers can not take you for a ride ...Nicergear are still advertising Quick Shoe lace products and they also have fake reviews too, be warned it states that they will refund if you return the goods if you are not 100% satisfied but it costs an arm and a leg to return back to China which they do not state they are posting from ...

I ordered a product from this company, they sent the product in the wrong color. I emailed the company to let them know the mistake and asked how I could receive the correct product. They refused and said it was my issue because the product "wasn't up to my standards"... What? You sent the wrong color and I ordered it in that color for a reason, has nothing to do with my "standards" you sent the wrong product! They continued to be very rude and acting like it was my issue and said I could pay to return it and recieve 10% back. I don't think so! I will leave a bad review of this company on every forum I can find. They are crooks!

Ordered drone threw them and never received any thing, the tracking # I was given was a shipping container number the whole thing was a scam.,

I ordered the one-hand tie shoelaces, 3 pairs for my special needs son because he has difficulty tying shoes. Normally I don't buy from a small unknown company, but they were on sale and I couldn't pass up the opportunity. First, the only communication that I received was confirmation of payment. After 10 days, I still hadn't received any further status updates, no idea about when they would be shipped, nothing, so I emailed them and finally, I got an update. 22 days after my order, it finally arrives. The colors I picked were black, red and black & yellow. I specifically picked the black & yellow for a reason. I received black, red and yellow. I emailed again, explaining what happened (with pictures of the laces and a screenshot of what I expected), and asked about any possibility of rectifying the mistake. I also asked if they had been out of that color. I said it would probably cost more than what I paid to send the wrong item back and it would probably be the same for them, but I guess that was a mistake, cause it seems I gave them an out. I even said I would be willing to place another order since they were still on sale if they could guarantee that I got the correct ones. I pointed out how these shoelaces would be great for people with special needs and disabilities and I'd be glad to give out recommendations. But only response was "thank you for your understanding." Well, no I'm not understanding. I may have bought the product while it was on sale, but it was a good starting point to determine if I ever wanted to do business with them again when they are at regular price. I certainly won't do it now, nor will I recommend them.

Ordered a drone Back on June 29, have not received my order. I have sent several emails to nicer gear with no response. Please save your hard earned money, the deal sounds really good but it is not worth risking your money, they do not care of anything once they receive payment.

Same as the other reviews. The boats and the rc cars i ordered were nothing like the pictures or descriptions. The motors in the boat were not dual brushless. The rc cars were cheap fully plastic pos and definitely not waterproof as claimed. The batteries in both were nicad not liion. The controllers were completely different. The boats and cars were maybe worth $15 a piece, a far cry from what was sold. Luckily i was given a full refund by paypal and did not have to involve my credit card company. Do not buy from this company or any other company that advertises on facebook.

Recieved this product. Horrible! Not at all the same as advertised. You might as well use a brown crayola marker pen. And it isn’t waterproof as they state! Tried to contact company and no responses!

I ordered a drone and 4 batteries, the drone was not as advertised so i sent it back to a Chinese address i was given at my expense. I have not heard from them again and i am out of pocket for the drone which is no longer in my possession, batteries i did not receive and return postage. I paid for tracking on return parcel which 4 attempts were made to deliver, who knows what has happened. Do not deal with these people, they are dubious crooks. This has been going on now for 2 months or more since i returned the goods.

I ordered the water drone and 4 battery’s plus 2 6s hi output boats. After about 8 weeks I was sent 2 bathtub boats and a micro POS drone. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! They are a ripoff mail order company.

I have ordered from NicerGear a drone (FOLDING UAV FOUR-AXIS AIRCRAFT ) with two additional batteries at website nicergear.shop/. Have received just the drone, without the additional batteries. Emailed them many times with no reply, phone nr. 00852-66160781 is off. I tried to contact BTREE Limited
20H,39 Mark Road,Hemel Hempstead,Herts,Buckinghamshire，United Kingdom HP2 7DN, which was specified at nicergear.shop as the contact address, but I found out that 509 companies also use this postcode (companiesintheuk.co.uk). I understand that NicerGear it is the fraudulent company.

This is a rip off company. Ordered a drone advertised with GPS among other things, but the item that arrived was a child’s toy and had most of the advertised features missing. No response from the company to emails (they advertise that any item may be returned within three days of delivery, but you have to get email authorisation first) so have started a Paypal claim against them. Avoid at all costs!
