Now say they haven't got them and I need to wait for refund.

This is a scam. Products are manufactured and sold out of Vietnam. Returns are at your own expense which is always back to Vietnam. I organised a return and the delivery company say Nicesnk are refusing to accept it. Worst purchasing experience to date, never again.

Paid over £100 for a pair of maroon adidas samba og’s. 100% fakes, confirmed by online comparison with original. Not worth even £40.

If I could upload the photos of the genuine Adidas Sambas bought from Offspring vs the counterfeit ones bought from Nice Sneaker on here, you would 100% not buy from them. There is a very clear difference in the colour and the quality. The genuine ones are also leather and the faux ones are a mademade plastic. I have raised a case with PayPal. I will not be returning these at my own cost. This company is in breach of the Trades Descriptions Act 1968.

Stay away from this website. I bought a pair of Yeezy slides. Website says 100% authentic (red flag), but I bought it anyway. And it was a fake Yeezy. Then I tried to return it back which I emailed them about it. They offered me 25% discount (which was admitting that they sold me a fake product) I declined and requested a return. Then they I asked me to post it to Vietnam on my own expense - which is completely none sense. I raised a dispute with Paypal. Now they stepped in. Definitely a scam company. AVOID!
And their UK company called Kitten Company does not exist.

Don't touch this company. They are fraudsters. Ordered a pair of Nike Max Air which appear to be counterfeit (as the size 8s don't fit despite all usual Nike size 8s fitting me perfectly). Furthermore, they were horrendously evasive in my attempts to return & get a refund. After several attempts, finally said I could return to Vietnam (from UK) at my own expense. Then stopped replying to emails when I said this was contrary to the returns policy which listed a London address. Failed also to get a refund through Paypal, during which they sent a link to a fake returns policy. Don't give them a penny of your money.

Absolutely avoid. These are 100% fake shoes. I ordered a pair of "100% authentic" Nike Alphafly and received a month later a non genuine pair of knock off trainers. Nicesnk offered initially a 25% refund despite providing proof of their non authenticity while still not admitting that they are falsely advertising then followed up with a full refund, however, at my own cost of sending the shoes back to Vietnam whereby I'll only receive that refund upon their inspection. Sadly I feel they'll be lost in the post somewhere and I'll never see that money back. I'm hoping, given that I paid for them via PayPal I'll be able to get my money back via the resolution centre.

Fantastic service can’t fault them , even though I ordered the wrong size the company was quick to respond to my email and resolve the issue promptly and send another size. Restored my faith in internet shopping would definitely do business again.

terrible terrible company and service. They sent me come clearly counterfeit New Balance shoes from Vietnam - which did not fit. They said size 12 but were way smaller.
beware of these people, they are sending counterfeit shoes. They gave me a mailing address in vietnam to ship them back to at my expense and once received they might refund the money. TERRBILE

This is easily the worst shopping experience ive ever had in my entire life. I ordered one pair of shoes from them. They sent the package with some weird off brand shipping company and they lost the package. It literally says so on the tracking number. So i wrote them 3 emails which never got answers. Eventually i opened a case with PayPal, AND THEY FABRICATED A NEW TRACKING NUMBER TO WIN THE CASE!!!!! Biggest scumbags of the century. Not to mention i thought the shoes were real and am only finding out that theyre fake while im reading these other reviews. F**ck this company and F**ck everyone who works there.

My trainers adidas brown I have been dreaming about , arrived so small, could t even put my foot inside
I ordered nearly one size bigger to be able to wear socks, this trainers are more than one size smaller then normal size 5
After I send an email , was messed about for long time , asking for photos etc etc , just to be told can’t return them , but can have 20%discount on next order
So I lost my money , do r even know anybody who wears such small size that they send to give them to

This is a scam store. I ordered two pairs of Adidas shoes for $150 each, but they sent me fake shoes that were delivered from China. They did not specify that they were selling replicas, and when I asked them via email if the shoes were authentic, they reassured me that they were. However, the shoes turned out to be fake. I requested a return label, but they rejected my request and instead offered me 25% off my next purchase.

Professional Scammers do notttt purchase. Fake stuff from china. Website looks legit as if its from uk. Delivery in 5 weeks. And its fakee with very poor quality doo nott waste your money

Complete and utter scam!!! My friend bought some new balance trainers and they are completely fake and poor quality. Customer service ignored for 4 weeks until his bank stepped in and claimed the money back. A short time after the bank emailed back to say they will be taking the money back as the company is willing to assist. Utter shocking AVOID

These guys are crooks selling counterfeit shoes made in Vietnam. Run away from them.
