Awful experience with horrible liquids
If there would be no stars, I would not give any. Bought the new it scent Perfume Mist de Guava and the 10ml same sample. Both box wrappings were unsealed and pre open, the transparent stickers broken.
If shaken before use, as recommended, soapy bubbles appear in the bottles. Consistence on the skin is slimy and sticky. The scent is absolutely artificial, non Guava at all and (in the case of the 10ml bottle) stinks like urea. The Quality for the price of 60 € is horrible. It can't be an original product at all. Hands off, it is scam.

Ordered a few body sprays from Phlur…
Ordered a few body sprays from Phlur from here before since it wasn't available anywhere else in Europe. Now it is available at local Sephora, however decided to order again since my first experience was fine, no complains. Second order, a complete different story. Ordered on the 29th of june and today is 13th of july and nothing, and the shipment is still yet to be prepared. Tried to email twice and they replied me with two vague general answers. Next time I will buy at Sephora even if its 1 or 2€ euros more, at least I know I will have a good experience.

I am shocked by the level of service…
I am shocked by the level of service your store provides, and I will never shop with you again. If you're aiming to attract premium customers, this is certainly not the level of service that will do it.
First, your delivery company claimed they couldn't deliver my order because they supposedly didn't have my phone number—even though it was clearly provided everywhere. I had to spend several days dealing with the courier service because of this.
Then I opened my package containing my Oribe shampoo and discovered that someone from your warehouse had actually opened the box just to shove a sample inside—one that I didn't even want or need.
WHAT IS THIS SUPPOSED TO BE?!
I strongly recommend that you train your staff more thoroughly before trying to position yourselves in the premium market.

UPDATE 3: For those of you who are interested, I finally received a refund for my order. I think what finally helped was that I asked PayPal to step in two days ago whilst at the same time I was still receiving emails form them to keep waiting.
UPTADE 2: So, following my forth or fifth request for my order to be cancelled, I have been asked to wait a few more days for them to review my order. Again! This has to be THE WORST customer service experience I have had ever! I just don't understand how you Niche Beauty think this is acceptable!!!
UPDATE: I have been asked YET AGAIN to wait a few more days for an update. I have requested on three separate occasions for my order to be cancelled and refund to be processed and my request has been casually ignored for several days now!!!
Extremely disappointed with customer service! I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Within a couple of days I received tracking details and confirmation that my order has shipped. The tracking has been showing that the package has not yet been collected ever since. II have contacted customer service on numerous occasions and all they keep saying is that my order is under investigation and they will get back to me within a few days. That was 2 weeks ago and every time I ask for an update I get the same response. I contacted Niche Beauty via Instagram and was given the runaround to contact customer service. I have now asked for my order to be cancelled and have not received any response since. This is just unacceptable!!! I expect to receive a full refund by tomorrow, otherwise I will keep leaving bad reviews until this matter is resolved!

Absolutely horrible, poorest customer service ever
Absolutely horrible. Claim fast delivery with 2-4 days time. I have an order in limbo for over three weeks now, it’s payed for and no one is helping me with this. When I hit my order number via global e it just says it’s being “processed”. Global e uses AI in the help center so that means no help at all. Several tickets have been opened but the issue has still not been resolved. And yes I’ve contacted the customer support mail directly via niche beauty as well three times via mail, I don’t even receive a mail back. Utterly frustrating and disappointing and just unacceptable.
Update: after my review here, finally some movement came into this matter and the delivery was sent out. After more than 4 weeks of waiting and several attempts on my side reaching out etc. I then finally received my order.

I am extremely disappointed with Niche Beauty's customer service. I ordered a Dries Van Noten fragrance set (Order #UKBIP2954187), but it arrived defective. Instead of 4 unique scents, the warehouse made a mistake and put two identical bottles of "Camomille Satin", completely omitting the "Rock the Myrrh" fragrance.
I have been trying to reach customer support for 5 days via email and the website contact form, but I am being completely ignored. For a luxury retailer, this level of service is unacceptable.
I demand that Niche Beauty contacts me immediately to resolve this and send the missing "Rock the Myrrh" fragrance. I have all the photo evidence ready. Please fix your customer care!

was very disappointed with my order. The package arrived unsealed, and the perfume inside had leaked. Another perfume also appeared to have been used, as it was not full and the packaging looked tampered with. This is not the condition I expected for new products.

Extremely horrible experience. I ordered a product for delivery to my home and never received it. The tracking claimed it had been "picked up at a branch", yet I was never told the parcel had been sent to a pickup point instead of my address, I never collected anything, and I have no idea who did. When I contacted customer service, the only reply I received simply repeated the tracking information and made no attempt to address the fact that I had not received my order at all. No ownership, no investigation, no genuine help. The customer service has been the worst I have come across, and I am now having to pursue a refund through my bank. I would not recommend ordering here if you expect your order to actually arrive or any meaningful support if something goes wrong.
