We'll start with the bad. I ordered three ties and after a 10-day non-delivery, left a message on Niche-Boutiques's contact page. Now to the Good. I received a call shortly after sending the message from a gentleman called Sean, and explained the non-delivery to him. We confirmed order details and my postal address and I was assured that my order would be resent without any quibble. My three ties arrived today and the quality is excellent. High quality products allied with perfect customer service: I strongly recommend Niche-Boutique to anyone who wants to own high quality ties

Great quality product, great presentation and packaging, and superb personal service. A company which definitely exceeds expectations in every respect.

Superb Quality, excellent service, 1st Class product. All tie sets come with cuff links, pocket square and a tie pin. Blown away.

The tie set was exactly as described and it arrived super quick (at my request). I was worried and thought I may not get as I thought supplier was outside UK, but was not.

First of all i can't believe you have had so few reviews as your service and products are 5*.Order 3 ties online after seeing an advert on instagram.I was kept informed when my order would arrive and i am blown away with the packaging and quality of my purchase.Niche boutique is exactly what it is.I would highly recommend your products and the service you have provided.

Tie set was great, nicely presented and packaged. I needed the set in a hurry,sent and email, and they made sure I got the set before the event I was attending. Can't get better customer service, much appreciated. Highly recommended

I bought three ties. When shopping it was said that all taxes were paid. Since I live in the EU, I was now allowed to pay 25 euros VAT to UPS. Never again

Was dubious about this company as no reviews on here.
I didnt need to worry...the 3 ties arrived today, 5 days after I placed my order.
Ties feel and look very good quality especially the paisley ones which the pattern is stitched into.
I bought the 3 for 2 offer, and each tie set comes in its own box so is fine if you don't want 3 ties, but like an offer and want to buy a gift for someone.
Each tie also comes with a basic but nice looking tie pin which I didn't realise.
