I ordered several products from Niche Beauty Lab during the promotion period in July.
The nightmare started right away as I had to wait for over two weeks until they finally shipped my order.
I emailed the customer service several times begging them to send the order while getting generic answers that they were working on it etc.
The ridiculous thing was that one of my friends ordered two days after me but received her order a week earlier!
So the company was not fulfilling the orders in the chronological order but rather randomly.
My advice - if you cannot handle promotions, then do not do them!

This was not it!

I waited and waited for my package which was supposed to arrive within 1-3 days (according to the company itself).
However, the package arrived after a week.

When I opened the package, I noticed that one of the products was damaged. The cap was not glued properly and when I took the product in my hands, the cap fell off and a lot of the product spilled out on the floor (and remember this stuff is NOT cheap - it is like 50 EUR).

I emailed the customer service right away with the pictures and you know what, they did not even care. They started demanding a more detailed information as if they were suspecting I was lying.
Then out of the blue, two days later, I received a request to return the entire order, so they could send a replacement!
This was such a joke! Did they really expect me to send everything back, wait for two weeks until they receive and register it, then wait for another 2-3 weeks to get a replacement.
So I will finally get my order, when? – in October?

Of course I declined this ridiculous offer and wrote an email saying that I want nothing from them and just want them to leave me alone.
To which they replied, offering me a 15% refund on that one damaged product!!!
I was literally speechless when I read this!

No further comments. Such a big disappointment!

I have been a skin care enthusiast for a few years. I started with The Ordinary and then moved on to Korean cosmetics. One day I watched a video where No BS beauty (USA beauty reviewer) mentioned Niche Beauty Lab. I looked into the company and found out their factory was near where I live, in Catalonia, so I had to give them a chance. I couldn’t be happier! Their sunscreens are second to none, even better than many from Asia. I am in the process of trying out a range of products and so far I have not been disappointed. Furthermore, I had a problem with the delivery of an order and their social media team bent over backwards to help. So, I would highly recommend Niche Beauty Lab.

Outstanding customer service. Always helpful and solution focused. Shipping does take quite a time sometimes.
But everything is well packed and all products are as described. Can recommend!

I've been a customer for a long time and will remain loyal because of its amazing products and most important - the best customer support I have come across so far. They are super friendly, respond very quickly and what matters most, they actually read what the customer has written and reply meaningfully, not with some scripted nonsense. And ship very fast, which also makes me a satisfied customer

Great products! Good, skin-friendly composition. I use it and I am very satisfied. I'm glad I found them! Customer service is fast and helpful. The only thing is that there is a long shipping time, you have to wait.

yes, the delivery process is not perfect at times. Still problems always get solved to the satisfaction of the customer. Their products are great. Talking about trust, the company fully has mine.

My first ordered product had a texture problem, but after I've messaged niche on Instagram they quickly answered me, helped me figure out the issue, apologized and even sent me a new product without any costs.
My experience with their customer service was awesome.
Their products also feel very nice on my skin!

Unfortunately, I don't understand the German customers who completely fray when the order takes longer than usual. This great cosmetics company is based in Spain and it takes a while for the packages to get to DE/AT/CH. However, this has nothing to do with scam or the like! I always recommend it!

The customer support is nice and supportive, even if it sometimes takes longer (especially when there is a sale) but they always come back to you!

The only criticism: I would like changed formulations to be better communicated, as it is not clear when and what was changed!

Had a problem with the adress (my fault). Yet their team was so helpfull and fast solving my problem.
I would totally recomend It, 10/10.
