If the picture of the cat was any more real looking there would have been a real cat on that canvas. The picture looked EXACTLY like my cat, that's the reason I bought it The delivery was as promised and the whole experience was enjoyable....and yes I will be buying more!

We are sorry for the poor delivery experience.
We shipped on Sept 24 then the carrier attempted delivery on the 30th but tagged it as "no secure location available" so they left a note to pick it up at the post office.

Very difficult getting return…
Very difficult getting return authorization. Required 4 e mails to various employees and 5 photos including original shopping label , pics of front and back of canvas , barcodes. Ridiculous they do not live up to their “love it or return it “ policy.

An RMA is usually issued after we receive a picture of the label, barcode, and canvas print. It is standard practice. In most cases, unhappy customers change their minds when they see the product on the wall without the shipping protection film.
Our customer service department is available 24/7 to respond to your needs. Returns are usually handled within 1-2 touches. Hence, four different people assisted you.
In response to your concern about the color, we offered you the option of sending a replacement or returning it for a refund.
