Received two damaged Frames and in addition every painting was dull & drab and unlike the bright Photoshopped images shown on the site. Colors are dull and the Canvas lacks any authenticity or sharpness.

Low quality and not customer friendly
They shipped a defective product. I was given the option to keep it and use the credit for another purchase, or return it at my expense for a refund. The quality was low so I didn’t care to repurchase. Return shipping was almost 50% of what I paid. What a rip off.

We love the item we purchased
We love the item we purchased, but extremely upset that Fed X delivered it to the wrong address. It took one week and multiple phone calls to Niche Canvas, Fed X and a police report to finally receive it. It was a hassle that I will not go through again. Niche Canvas representatives were very nice and I believe they did all they could to help.

The print was amazing. Exactly what I expected and more. I would have said 5 stars but the delivery took longer than expected and the print was dropped at my local Pharmacy rather than home. Delays no doubt due to covid

I was looking for a beautiful scene of the Rocky Mountains and elk to place in the center of my new house. Recently moved back to Texas from Colorado, after 16 years and miss the scenery. I googled elk portraits and several popped up quickly, but this one caught my eye immediately. I only regret not getting a frame with it. The package arrived right on time and I love it. I've already had several compliments on it. When I decide on another piece of art, I definitely will be looking to NicheCanvas. Thanks again!
