Absolutely avoid

Absolutely avoid Cowboys.
They enrolled me in schemes I never asked for (Reposit) without my consent.
When there was no heating during winter, my emails were ignored by Yvonne, and I only got help after complaint and escalating to management. Communication throughout was very poor.
Their business model of renting out individual rooms also reduces tenant comfort and, in my view, contributes negatively to renters’ living standards and creates poverty in UK - shame on you. Cos they are happy to rent rooms in their business model. - shame as you are the poverty creators!
I do not recommend them.

Nicholas Humphrey’s exploit students…

Nicholas Humphrey’s exploit students for extra profit, knowing that students famously have no money. They charge ridiculous prices for houses that are infested with rats, full of leaks, holes, and even curtains covered in blood! If you were to lose your key they will charge you £50 for a new set even though keys can be easily cut for £7/10. But they will purposely make them unable to be duplicated in order to make an extra £40 profit out of people who are already missing meals because they cannot afford to live in their ridiculously overpriced, disgusting houses. If you are a student do not rent with Nicholas Hunprhies

Avoid this estate agents, don't even entertain their properties!

Nicholas Humphreys is an evil estate agent who profit of the appalling treatment of their tenants. I particuarly reccomend avoiding any house who is owned by Andrew Wade. If you are living in one of his houses, expect 0 privacy. Andrew Wade believes prior notice is an unreasonable inconvinence, and will make your life a misery if you ask for privacy. He will claim his contractors work a schedule so complicated that it would be impossible for him to ever know when they will pay a visit to the property. When you finally get free of Andrew at the end of your tenancy he will come for your deposit with a vengence, charging you for things clearly his fault. If there were not a single other property avaliable, I still wouldn't even give Nicholas Humphreys another chance.

Avoid at all costs

Nicholas Humphries Nottingham are very unresponsive. Told us that we had successfully reserved a house and it turned out that we had not. We were also charged for redecoration of a ceiling when it was just as bad compared to when we moved in. Avoid.

Nicholas Humphreys Wimborne, AVOID!!!!

Out of all the estate agents ive ever used and had a great experience. Nicholas Humphreys Wimborne is the worst estate agent to ever use, avoid at all costs!! Speaking to other members of the public and friends who have rented with them have all said the same thing. First of all keep your deposit at the end of the tenancy as simply believe its theirs to keep and will make it extremely difficult to ever claim it back, resulting in you having to go through the TDS scheme and have a lengthy fight on your hands to even get any of it back, regardless of the property being left in a better condition than when entering at the start of tenancy, you will also need to fork out even more costs for a Solicitor to deal with this issue as they don't keep to their word and break contract agreements with tenants and feel can get away with this. They lie in order to get you to sign a tenancy agreement and hand over large amounts of funds to them. Advising your home has been deep cleaned and painted and decorated, when in fact it hasn't and you have to deep clean and paint your own property before you can even enjoy the home and put all your furniture in place, when you complain about this...no agent ever addresses this or reimburse you for the additional costs due to their lack of integrity. Their maintenance team are hopeless and you find yourself dealing with what is classed as an emergency like flooding issues. Parking is promised then when you move into the property and hand over your hard earned money you find out there's no parking and you have to pay 300.00 per year for a parking permit from the council. Very cloak and dagger estate agents, avoid avoid avoid!!! Wimborne Nicholas Humphreys.

The worst estate agency I’ve ever used

The worst estate agency I’ve ever had the displeasure of living under. They barely cleaned the house before we moved in (which they had promised to do), and had even used pictures to hide black mould. Furthermore, we had lots of maintenance issues early on that we had to learn to live with (for half a year) because—despite repeated reminders—they conveniently continually forgot to send people to fix the issues. Some issues they still haven’t resolved. The final nail in the coffin though is that when paying rent, they initially gave us references which were too long to enter: when we asked for real references, and used what they provided, they accused us all of failing to use the correct reference. In future rent payments, we tried everything possible to make sure we got the right reference, but it was never good enough for them. The last time, they insisted that because our references were “wrong” that we send them an additional rent payment, and threatened to escalate the situation, when they already had ALL of the money. Either they are the epitome of incompetent and disorganised, or they are a bunch of lazy liars.

Our experience with selling our house…

Our experience with selling our house and buying our new home, through the stoke office was great. Chris Noone was always on hand for help and advise, if he couldn't answer the phone at the time, he always returned our call. His knowledge and the service he provided was second to none and made a stressful time so much easier. We will definitely be calling Chris again when we are ready to sell in the near future. Highly recommended, thank you so much.

Dan Strains commitment to our success…

Dan Strains commitment to our success was evident. He and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Dan made the sale of both properties enjoyable, I appreciated his honest feedback when things weren't going smoothly, his authentic approach built a strong trust and we got to the finishing point with a successful sale.

Sadly Appalling - you have been warned

Without one word of hyperbole, this company is a total disgrace. They should be closed down. The staff are rude and well-versed in diversionary tactics of doing nothing to resolve any issue. They are particularly skilled at exploiting students. In the end, I had to get the local MP's office involved to resolve the issues as the students were at risk.

The most sad company out there

The most sad company out there , will overcharge you for bills as they forced you to sign multiple expensive contracts and you don’t get a choice , none of us signed a 30 pound a week bills contract , we actually signed a 22 pound one but we were forced to use a 30 pound one and now they want me to pay for both contracts as it turns out they’re using electricity from the 2nd contract ,vultures , awful payment plan timings , dirty disgusting unclean houses with weird room setups , EG fridge in the front room and terrible 2005 TV

If I could give zero and minus minus…

If I could give zero and minus minus rating I would! DO NOT SIGN a contract with them you will regret it! It does not protect you as the tenant. They only care about £ & landlords which quite frankly are dodgy! Unclean, not fit for anything accommodation. Ignore calls , ignore issues quite frankly not bothered. Try and charge for things that are landlords responsibility and not bothered about the effects on tenants. Nothing about them is professional happy to push you to sign and then your on your own !! They need looking into. Save yourself the pain and do your homework. If you view properties do your research as once you have signed your on your own!! Invoices and figures don’t match and lip service all the way. Quite frankly they need to close their doors as not fit for purpose. RUN in opposite direction put your money else where.
