I didn't take into account tha.t Weekends are not included in the 5/10 delivery status I am now giving the company 5 stars, this is because I couldn't fault their customer service.. they did check status on Monday and not including weekends my order did arrive on time .. so thankyou 💓

Order confirmation said 2-10days for delivery. Subsequent delivery email confirmed 1 weeks.
It took 4 weeks and 2 phone calls to chase up
Only reason for 2 stars is they were helpful on the phone when trying to find out what had gone wrong
