Stay well clear of this company if you…

Stay well clear of this company if you know what is best for you. In my opinion they have tried to sabotage my appeal. The barrister knew absolutely nothing of my case. Communication is awful and confusing as there are multiple solicitors who all contact you. I feel they used me for the legal aid fees because as soon as I signed the papers, then the unprofessionalism started. They have shown me they have no expert knowledge in the specific area i am dealing with. They were advising me to drop my appeal knowing full well that me dropping my appeal will leave me vulnerable to having my house possessed. I feel they were symapthetic with the other side. I regret ever signing with them. The courts gave them specific instructions to complete by a certain date. They failed to do so. This could have had dire consequences for me. Do not make my mistake.

As a law firm, our job is to give accurate and proper legal advice. This was done on numerous occasions. We can’t change the law to suit the circumstances and it is unfortunate that doing our job and doing it properly has attracted criticism. We wish you the best of luck in your endeavours. As everyone knows, legal aid fees are extremely poor. We are primarily a private fee law firm and therefore the suggestion this situation was to get money, is also inaccurate.
