My wife and I purchased our first home together through Nicholsons, and from the very beginning everything felt quick and straightforward. From the moment we booked our viewing, we were seen straight away, and once our offer was accepted, the whole process was clearly explained and easy to follow.

We were offered a range of helpful services, including mortgage advice, which made everything much less stressful. They also have a live update system that keeps you informed of every stage of the process, so you’re never left wondering what’s happening.

I would definitely recommend Nicholsons to anyone buying or selling a home, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever decide to sell in the future.

Looking for a new house is always stressful, but I have to say that Nicholsons Estate Agents were so helpful. First good point, they actually answer their phones. Secondly, they actually came back to me with information I had requested . I dealt with a chap called Jay, in the Retford office who was excellent and dis his company proud. Thank you Jay for all the help you gave my wife and I.

I decided to let my first property through Nicholson's Estate Agents after checking out the website and speaking to Holly and Mark who were very knowledgeable and filled me with confidence.
