From the start to finish of the selling process we have found the service provided by all staff to be absolutely excellent.
What really stood out was the constant flow of updates which were provided during the process.
We are really pleased that we chose this company to sell our property.

Having tried some of the larger so called Top End National Estate Agency brands to sell our Country Manor Property in North Yorkshire, my wife and I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of progress and complete lack of communication once we had signed the contracts. No effort was made to review marketing strategies and the whole approach was unimaginative.
We then decided to use a more locally based regional agency, and after doing our research we opted for Carvers Estate Agency in Northallerton.
From the outset their approach was refreshingly proactive and professional. They carried out regular reviews of the marketing analysis, and came up with unique suggestions on how to access high net worth potential buyers. The 2 kept agents we dealt with were David Buckle and Mike Ball. Both of these individuals went the extra mile to help us achieve our goal, and kept us well informed and updated throughout the whole process. They introduced several potential purchasers culminating in a painless sale of our property in June of this year. In fact the whole sale process was completed within 2 weeks from beginning to end. Yes, you read that right..."2 weeks". I can highly recommend Carvers, and I am eternally grateful to Mike and David for their patience, support & guidance.
