Look no further you won't find a better agent than Annika. We gave a list of what we'd ideally like from our holiday. An adults only peaceful retreat in walking distance if Lindos town. She took all the stress out of planning a holiday and delivered something that completely met the brief, in fact totally exceeded expectations. The small tranquil hotel was a dream and exactly what we needed. We wouldn't use anyone else.

The experience with Nickson Travel was exceptional from start to finish. Annika took on board my very specific holiday requirements and came back incredibly quickly with fantastic options. She was so patient and committed to finding exactly what we were looking for. I usually organise all our holidays myself but Annika has made it so simple and straightforward there’s no going back now! I can’t recommend Nickson Travel enough.

Annika organised our trip of a lifetime to Antarctica and I can’t rate her highly enough. Her experience and advice in choosing who to go with was invaluable. She thought of absolutely everything, updated our schedule constantly and was on top of it when the weather meant a change in arrangements. We will definitely ask her to help with our next big trip.

From start to finish in the process Annika was fantastic. Very personal experience, knowledgeable and helped create such a fantastic trip. We went to Malta! The hotel was amazing, my boys loved it. The trip was designed around what we wanted. We had pre booked trips and list of attractions we could still do. Absolutely would recommend Nickson Travel. So much so I have booked this years holiday with Annika too. Thank you for such a wonderful trip filled with memories. Sicily next.

Annika booked us a luxury trip to Oslo and Bergen. Annika took note of all our requirements in great detail and came up with suggestions as to how to improve and celebrate our trip. She was all over the detail and responded to our requests professionally and most importantly fast. She couldn’t have been more helpful. Trip was a huge success.

We can’t thank Annika enough for everything she did to organise our honeymoon. From start to finish, she was absolutely fantastic.

She really listened to what we wanted and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. We had a place in mind but it was a little out of our range, Annika gave us some suggestions and helped us choose the perfect destination. Bali was a dream!!

What impressed us most was how smoothly she handled any issues behind the scenes. We didn’t even realise there had been any problems until afterwards because she had already resolved everything so quickly and efficiently.

From start to finish Annika made planning, booking - and doing - our trip of a lifetime to Antarctica the most enjoyable, smooth running, and enjoyable process imaginable. Every detail was thought about - and having someone send you all your many boarding passes is a luxury I could well get used to!!

Annika arranged a holiday for me to Barbados. The holiday was excellently planned and Annika was there for us every step of the way. She found us different options of places to go, all bespoke to what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend Annika if you’re looking for a stress free holiday experience where you feel there’s someone really looking out for you!

For my 60th birthday Annika helped organise an epic and complicated trip to Australia and Thailand. It involved 9 separate flights, and wonderful locations: meeting up with tours and family members.

My flight from Perth to Sydney, which was going to link me up with my daughters to fly up to the Whitsundays, was late at night and ended up being turned back to Perth because of an unruly passenger, only landing when the airport was closing up for the night, with no staff on the ground to help.

All the other passengers were frantically on their phones trying to rebook flights to Sydney the next day. But I was able to call Annika (luckily it was daytime in the UK!) and she sorted it all for me without me having to stress about anything. She got me on a flight the next day and made sure I had an onward connection to the Whitsundays (only a day late), so I could sit down and have a coffee whilst everyone else was panicking.

Worth her weight in gold!

We had a great experience booking our family holiday to the Netherlands with Annika at Nickson Travel. From the start, she really understood what we were looking for and put together a trip that suited us perfectly.

The planning was thoughtful and well organised, and everything ran smoothly. Communication throughout was clear and timely, and we always felt well informed at every stage of the process.

Having been on a fantastic holiday booked and organised by Annika we are now planning the trip of a lifetime to Japan and there’s nobody else I would trust to help me with this.

I got what I wanted and more. The brief was a holiday in Turkey for my sister and myself. The solution was perfect. Annika arranged everything for us. From the limousine at the airport to the upgraded room because of my knee problems what wasn’t to love. Annika had thought of everything. There is no other way to book a holiday.

Annika is amazing, she found us the perfect holiday and everything was just so easy. We wanted to plan a trip for extended family including elderly parents and were nervous about coordinating it all especially with busy jobs. Annika’s kindness, patience and friendly manner eased our nerves. She really listened to our very specific needs, found us the most wonderful and perfect holiday and sorted everything from beginning to end. She made what could have been a stressful experience into very special memories we will treasure. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to book my holidays now. I cannot recommend Annika highly enough!

Can not thank Annika enough for arranging and looking after us through out our trip to India, She took away the pain of checking us in on each flight, being there for us when things did not go well at the start of our holiday (airline issue), you were there reassuring me and picking up the pieces ensuring all was in place upon our late arrival at our first destination. It was such a relief knowing she had everything under control, helping to take the stress and worry out of the situation. She even checked in on us when we got home! Your personal touch, caring nature,

We have used Annika three times now and would not go anywhere else. The three trips were quite different (locations, complexity, budgets) but for all three we experienced a level of personal service that was exceptional. Of particular note was the support in planning each trip such that we felt it was individually tailored to our wishes as well as during the vacation (diverted flights etc...).

We have been using Annika for a couple of years now which included a 4 week trip around New Zealand and a 2 week holiday in Singapore. So a lot of complex planning by Annika.
Our recent trip to Lanzarote was the first time we had an issue travelling and we were unable to land and was diverted to Fuerteventura. Annika had been keeping an eye on the situation and rang us when we landed. She offered us solid advice and guidance to get us sorted quickly and we were in a hotel within 40 mins. Other passengers ended up in hotels far from the airport with 2 hour transfer. This is what Annika is about and she is with you all the way.
We would not travel without her by our side now.
