If i could leave a review lower than one star i would, but unfortunately one star is the minimum!
This company approached me with an offer of one payment only of $189 to perform any digital marketing task with unlimited revisions as an introductory offer, which i accepted to produce my business catalog. After a couple of months they asked for another $189 and as a show of good faith i gave it to them.
I spent nearly 12 months working on the content and when i completed all the information for it i sent it back to them 6 weeks ago. I’ve sent countless emails and phone calls to them, all ignored.
My business is struggling right now and i begged and pleaded with them to help me by finishing the catalog so i can generate revenue, all phone calls and emails were ignored.
Please beware, they are heartless and care nothing about the plight of their customer! You’d be better off finding someone local and spending a little more, at least you’ll have better access to them to complete your work, because this company is nothing more than a scam, taking my money and providing nothing in return!
Please STAY AWAY, you’d be better off saving your mental health from anguish and so your business doesn’t suffer, by using someone else for your digital marketing requirements!
