My only problem is with the packaging of FRE. The 100 count pouch creates condensation and all the pouches were wet and because of UPS handling the cardboard outer container was totally smashed. I enjoy free shipping but would probably be willing to pay for a box. I hate the cardboard. Very difficult to open. Thanks

I received my roll of 8mg spearmint zyn…
I received my roll of 8mg spearmint zyn fairly quickly but when I opened the first container the contents of a few of the pouches had busted open contaminating the entire thing. The next one I opened was fine then the 3rd was also contaminated so out of 5 cans I will only be able to use 2 of the cans if the last can I open is also contaminated. I won't be using this company anymore because I cant return it if there is an issue.

You guys started using UPS instead of…
You guys started using UPS instead of FedEx. The package requires a signature but unlike FedEx, UPS doesn’t give a time frame for when they are arriving. Also, if I try to have them deliver to an alternate location for me to pick it up then they increase the price of the delivery.
If you guys continue to use UPS instead of FedEx (which was working fine) then I will have to find another source for my pouches.
