I was looking for a specialist haircare product and this retailer was one of few who were selling it so bought the product thinking as it was linked to a hairdressing business it was a 'safe option'. After the product failed to arrive, I did further research and it appears they are in the process of liquidation so have reported it to my credit card company. The website should have been taken down at least a year ago rather than continuing to take orders/money from customers. Avoid!!

Placed an order for next day on Wednesday and have had nothing other than an order confirmation. I have made several attempts to contact someone but no one is responding.

Fake company. Like others here I ordered hair products and paid for next day deliver but the goods never arrived. No customer service. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM, AVOID.

Ordered a hairbrush and needed it urgently so paid for next day delivery. It hadn't arrived by the 5th day after the order was placed There was no customer service telephone number so after several attempts to communicate through online chat and email, I spoke to a nice girl at one of the salons. Maybe this is what generated the refund? There was no explanation, and no answer to my online chat or email.

Placed an order on the 12th October, paid at the time via PayPal. Nothing arrived. So I try to contact them on their site, via messenger and through PayPal. It's now the 29th of October and no response from them. I'm trying to get a refund via PayPal. Do not buy from this site

Order placed 10th sept, Paid for next day delivery, expected on 12th as order was placed on a Sunday.
It is 15th sept and no order.
Confirmation email was sent last night (14th sept) that the product is being shipping Royal Mail 48.
I paid £9.99 delivery for next day.
No communication received or response to messages sent via their website.
Avoid and spend your money elsewhere.

I placed an order 13 days ago and I haven’t received my order. This was the first time ordering from this company, very disappointed. From reading other reviews this seems to be a common theme.

Have tried to contacy a couple of times as discount code not registered after checkout. Ordered anyway and order has arrived opened with contents spilled out in the packaging.

Awful customer service
Awful customer service. Items arrived damaged and had leaked everywhere due to poor packaging. Tried to contact 3 times and no response. Beware.
Money taken from my account but no dispatch
Ordered 7 days ago and received a confirmation of order email, no dispatch email or anything but the money was taken out of my account. I called today to see what was happening with my order and talked to a young lady who said there is a problem and asked me wether I preferred to wait a week for my items or get a refund. I requested to wait for the products and she told me she would get the manager to give me a call to confirm dispatch date. After a few minutes I received an email saying my items had been refunded and nothing more, no explanation, no apologies....
I called them and spoke to Dan the manager who was pretty rude and unapologetic saying its a problem with the company and not their fault and that they will not he able to dispatch the items.... although they kept my money for a week and probably would never have refunded if I had not called.
Not only this company sells products they dont stock, they also have awful customer service. Dont recoment buying from them at all, waste of my time as I have to order again and wait for delivery from another company. Don't buy from them

Put in an order for some shampoo. 3 days later I got a refund through my PayPal but no explanation? A bit rude really, not sure if I would want to shop with them again? Not cheap either!
