Excellent concept and product, but poor service

First of all, I absolutely love Nicpic's product. As someone who has smoked and then vaped for 10+ years and also has the bad habit of biting my nails, these are an absolute godsend. They give the perfect nicotine hit for daily use, unlike those horrible pouches that are far too strong for general use and give me an immediate headache. The toothpick aspect also means they are perfect for those who fidget, nail bite and generally miss the hand-mouth movements of smoking / vaping. Only issue I have with the picks themselves is that some seem a bit more fragile than others, at times breaking in half almost immediately when used. Seems there are often a few of these 'duds' in a pack. it would also be useful to have a slightly stronger option for use when you need more of a 'hit', e.g. when drinking alcohol.

However, the company really need to fix up their act when it comes to efficiency and customer service. I've ordered about four times now and they take ages to come every time, despite them supposedly using Royal Mail Tracked 48. This is a product to help with addiction, so long delays with posting are not really acceptable - they should be doing everything they can to get them sent out immediately, and in my opinion they should offer an option (even if it has to be a paid one) for next-day delivery. As it stands, I've never waited less than four days for mine to arrive. On top of this, it's basically impossible to contact them. I've tried twice via email and had complete radio silence, and they have no phone number listed. This combines to mean I find it a bit hard to recommend the company, until they fix up their act, and if a competitor enters the market I'll definitely be switching for the time being.
