I have loved the products so far. We ordered multiple pieces of furniture for our toddler and some accessories. Everything is of excellent quality, easy to assemble, and has been a hit with our child. The customer service has been fantastic as well -- prompt and helpful responses.

The climbing frame is perfect for our home, and our baby loves it. It feels well made and I think it will be part of the family for a long time! The delivery was speedy and packaging was minimal, I love this shop.

I bought the kitchen helper for my sons first birthday! He absolutely loves it, he wants to watch and help us prepare food all the time. The kitchen helper was extremely easy to put together and feels very sturdy and good quality! One step was missing from the instructions (adding in the metal rings) but it was easy to work out how they fitted despite this!

We ordered learning resources for our 7 month old daughter. The items were sent on time and packaged well. Each item came with a small card explaining what the item is and how to use it with our daughter. Brilliant!
The items are of very good quality too, I would definitely order from Nido again.

We bought the floor bed and we love it! Our daughter hasn’t slept in it yet, but she loves to read books sitting on her new bed. We are easing her into the transition.
Amy was very helpful and quick to respond when we had some questions during the whole process. Customer service is great!
If I get very nit-picky, the instructions could be a little clearer, but regardless it’s very easy and quick to put together.

Amy is friendly and professional. Response time was quick, so was delivery and the items are beautiful. I purchased the kitchen helper (minor mix up with one of the pieces, but Amy quickly took care of it and the correct one was with me within days) and the activity shelf (would recommend larger one as it fits 6 trays on it). Also 2 smaller items: the dino soap, which my boy loves to use for hand washing and the placemat, which looks lovely and will hopefully contribute to table etiquette in the future.
I can only recommend Nido family. I'm also loving the idea of supporting small local businesses.

The quality of floor bed is really good and sturdy. It was easy to assemble with the given instructions - less than 20mins.

Amy was lovely and caring throughout the process, she gave us useful tips.

The perfect place for Montessori products very up to date and modern style. At a very reasonable price. I purchased the shelf which looks very smart :)
