Our experience with Niebla was fantastic. They were quick to respond, sent the product in a timely manner, and kept open communication at all times. Regarding the showerhead we purchased - it really is a beautiful and elegant piece. Although this showerhead did not resolve the issue we have with low water pressure, it definitely improved our shower experience by dispersing the water wider and more evenly, giving the effect of a rain shower. We absolutely love it!
