Worst Experience – No Support, No Refund, False Promises
I had a very bad experience with Neo Infra Fintech Inclusion Private Limited.
They provided me with their API for integration, and everything seemed fine at first — but after integration, their entire support vanished.
It’s been over 6 months, and no one responds properly to any query. Whenever I call their sales executive Ms. Gomti, she either ignores the call or says “I’m in a meeting” and never calls back.
They have also not refunded my wallet amount, even after repeated follow-ups. This kind of unprofessional and careless behavior shows how unreliable this company is.
If you’re thinking about using their APIs or services — don’t. They only talk nicely until payment or integration; afterward, you’ll get no support and no accountability.
Completely disappointed and strongly not recommended.
