You can't contact them so you can't cancel your subscription.

Terrible experience, there is actually no customer service, have emailed and called multiple times over the past year or more asking for my auto renewal to be cancelled. If they fail to make contact and dare to take my money again I’ll have to report them somehow as a corrupt business.

Unfortunately I’ve had a horrible experience with Niftiee. I signed up to the monthly direct debit of £3.99 that on the website says cancel anytime and I literally cannot cancel it! Niftiee will not cancel my subscription!
Over 5-6 weeks I have completed the contact form on the website 3 times, phoned 3 times, the first two I left a message that wasn’t returned, the third someone eventually answered and I was told they cannot cancel my subscription by phone, and had to send an e-mail to the support e-mail address on their website. I sent 5 e-mails to there over 9 days, and not one response, the last one I selected to receive a read receipt and still have received confirmation that they read the e-mail!
I then noticed that it goes through my bank account as perx. I have now e-mailed perx's e-mail address 8 times over 10 days, so in total I have tried to get this cancelled 19 times! I have received 5 responses from this e-mail address, some saying they are looking into it, one giving me a false e-mail address, but to date over 5-6 weeks still not resolved they have not resolved this 2 minute matter!
Really stressed and angry about this, I suggest anyone that is considering using Niftiee take account of the above horrible experience.

With the cost of everything shooting up i've been looking at ways to save money and i'm so glad i found this. I use it on my weekly shop and save about £10 a time, i've bought my son clothes, saved on a meal out. I've been recommending this to everyone i know - it's been a lifesaver, thank you!

Love using niftiee to save money on my weekly shop, I load up my budget for the month and it helps me keep track of what I'm spending as well saving!

Quick and simple getting started and I love that the deals are niftiee exclusive (not found elsewhere) and for only like £3 a month, definitely worth.

I have saved so much money using my vip rewards. I just did a Christmas shop in Sainsbury’s which totalled £169, I scanned my shopping using my phone so I knew the total, logged into my vip rewards, bought a £169 gift card for £162 and paid for my shopping. It might not seem like much, but I’d you save just £3 a week on your shopping, that’s £156 a year. I use it for sky store, Amazon, the supermarkets, school uniforms from M&S, argos, currys, the cinema and so much more. It’s so easy to log in on my phone, purchase the gift card then pay. I wouldn’t be without it. Xx

What can I say, signing up to my VIP rewards is the best decision I’ve made. I’ve practically made my money back just after one use. Using my card to get so many discounts, I would highly recommend my VIP rewards to anyone!

Such a great money saver! After signing up to My VIP rewards I saved £10 in the first week, more than covering the subscription fee. Doing my weekly shop using their vouchers is so easy and such a money saver - thank you!

I bought a My VIP Rewards card the other day. I have just used it for the first time and am feeling probably more excited than I should be! I was doing a click-collect supermarket shop and just before check-out remembered my card. I searched for the supermarket on the My VIP Rewards app, it popped up and I bought an e-gift card which was emailed to me within seconds, with the promised discount (so the card was full value but I paid less for it). I applied the code from the gift card to my online shop and 'voila'! Instant savings! Really easy (even for a techno-crap person like me) and I can imagine it'll really add up over the year. Excellent.

A fab way to save money. I've had a card for a few years but hadnt used it much during the pandemic but I'm making up for it now

I check if I can use my card before I go anywhere, and it definitely makes me make conscious in which retailers and services I go to, because I will chose ones who offer this discount over anyone else.

I'm so impressed I even signed my business up to it so that my my customers, new and future can save money with me too. What's even better is that it costs my business nothing, I just had to offer a discount of 10% or more in discount

Ita great to see so many businesses signing up to it, not just us small business owners either, I've just seen I can save 4% on my weekly food shop, just at that one place I'll be saving over £200 a year!

If you dont have a My VIP rewards account yet, you are missing oir on some amazing savings on your every day purchases

I have just saved on my Morrison amazon shopping order by buying gift vouchers first. Will be using a lot in the future.

Simple to use, doesn't cost too much but can save you hundreds, it's a no brainer! Highly recommend

I joined My VIP Rewards on a yearly offer and with my first purchase I saved hundreds on a holiday and a lot more since on other purchases. It’s super easy to use and I love that they have big names and more local companies on there too. The app is easy to use and I love their branding. Great Idea for households looking to save money! Recommend.

Equally owning your own card is a added bonus - saving money when you shop online, or in person, it’s really a win, win!

Love my My VIP Card, use it weekly on my supermarket shop, for cinema tickets, business items from Amazon while setting up my shop, just eat food deliveries when I've been too busy to cook and on lots of small independent local businesses that I like to support when I can.
I've saved a fortune and way more than the monthly fee for the card... Well worth the small fee each month
