I purchased a body pillow with a picture of my late husband, looking gorgeous and strong. It came within a couple of days and was very well made. I sent them an email to say thank you and they sent a very thoughtful reply. These guys deserve your support. They run a good, quality business. Can't recommend them enough.

Good product - took a while to deliver though (albeit it was over the Christmas period)

Late Delivery - asked to cancel and for a full refund, sent item out despite me asking to cancel it!!!

Cannot fulfil their orders as per their quoted delivery times on their website , item cancelled by them as could not guarantee in time for Christmas delivery item ordered 12/12 !!! Terrible

Ordered on December 1st. Updates are minimal at best several days apart with no real information on when I will receive my order. It’s the 15th and he last update was 12-11-2025. Still have not received my order and not hopeful it will get here for Christmas. Disappointed

Emailed multiple times about my missing order and no one has helped

The order was very easy to personalize online and the delivery was fast. Despite receiving a partial order, the service was impeccable in completing the full order.

The jumper that i ordered was wrong and they said they would send me another jumper to me but still after 2 weeks i have not recived it and now it is to late for ehat i needed the jumper for and now trying to get a refund and that is prooving not to be easy at all as they take so long to respond as they have no phone number and everything done by email

Such a great fun product but unfortunately the wrapping paper arrived creased because the box it was in was damaged. Needs to be better packaged.
