Bought a Barbour jacket online. Arrived within 2 days. Unfortunately it didn’t fit so I sent the jacket back and I have now been refunded all within the same week. Can’t fault that kind of service!

great communication

i did end up returning shoes as size too big however the 5 star rating is for the fact that
the delivery of the item was quick and also when i returned the item the refund was done promptly.

First class service

I wanted to order a jacket on-line but was unsure of sizing. I spoke to Mark in-store who got a colleague to try the garment on and was given advice about the appropriate size, which I then placed my order for and it fits perfectly!
