I ordered 5.11 tactical amp 24 on 09 march and i received it within the next day. Excellent service and superb quality products.

Easy to order, fast turn around and quick delivery. Products of good standard.

The only disappointment is the lack of 5.11 sizes for trousers. Otherwise a top company to deal with.

Delivery was on time and initial thoughts of the product is great. Seems well made with some good features. Looking forward to using this product in the near future.

Good kit, incredibly quick delivery, I ordered Friday 4pm, had it by 11am the next day without any special next day delivery requested.

Unfortunately the product description does not match that as the 511 website. The actual trousers come in 3 styles. Be careful to read the description fully or contact them before purchase. I ordered TDU cargo pants 34- regular. They came as a relaxed fit which are much bigger than my current ones. I then had to mess about sending them back.

Great experience from start to finish. Had the boots in stock where others had a 4-5 week wait so a bonus straight away.

good received, good price

Overall a very good kit supply company. Goods ordered usually arrive promptly and usually adequately packaged. In this particular case they didn't really package it out well. Considering its a backpack, it really should have come out not merely in a very thin paper bag type envelope. As it unfortunately for some reason did do. Offering no protection at all to the metal frame in backpack durometer transit where it would be thrown about in vans and trucks with other bigger heavier parcels. Not good. Didn't perfectly survive the shipping/delivery. I've yet to properly examine the pack all over to make sure it's A OK. Packing note missing from paper envelope, part opened, torn one end on receiving.

Update. Upon close inspection luckily the rucksack has survived well in transit in unprotected packaging. Luckily too the inner manufacturers Berghaus plastic bag it was in has protected too the bergen from the heavy rain we had, while it was in transit to me.

NB. Update. Was promised someone would get in touch....as below stated but no one ever did over a month on.

Superquick free next-delivery although I ordered after 8pm - but it was the knockdown price that persuaded me in the first place. Impressive.

Excellent quality Urban tac trousers, I was waiting for 34x34 in battle brown for a long time but unfortunately it wasn't available, however bought 32x34 which fits ok with a bit of a stretch through the elastic. These trousers are perfect for office wear if you put in a crease which once set does not go away. Fabric is sturdy. Please do not discontinue these.

Great price on Craghoppers kit. Goods delivered ahead of time. I have used these guys a number of times before and they never fail to deliver.
