Mistake at the beginning, but great service in response.
I received the order, just a few days after placing the order, but unfortunately, I did not have time to check until the very day that I was going to gift it.To my surprise, the canvas was completely empty. I was very disappointed at the moment, of course, but I contacted the company immediately.
They were very kind and quick in response. I felt very taken care of when they sent me a PDF that I could print at home, so that I could still gift it the day that I wanted and just a couple of days later I received the beautiful poster I have ordered. It is absolutely stunning, very high quality and it looks wonderful on the wall.
