I went a Nike store last month . Soon as I walked in they greeted me with smiles. Ask me if I need any help. Wasn’t aggravating. They had my correct size in shoes. They didn’t know that I had been to two other stores and they didn’t have my correct size.

The app works far better than the website, anyway great service and customer service!

over priced compare to quality it is overpriced

Nike is a popular and great company. It has it latest innovation of shoes by any kind and purpose.it carries and indorse by popular celebrities. Celebrities not just popular but great in their field of sports. Just like NIKE.

I've shopped at the Nike store at Wembley Designer Outlet many times and been given such great customer care despite not spending a fortune. The staff at the outlet never ever appear pushy something a lot of retailers do (Not their choice, I'm sure, the Brand) nowadays, hence, customers usually walk! That said. Despite the Nike outlet store being loaded with exceptionally talented staff that shines, there was one that shone brighter on more than four occasions during my past visits there by the name of Ramz and also on the occasion dated below. On that date also I informed a staff member called Mahz (And by the way it was my 1st time meeting him) that I had a tight budget and instantly he walked me to a rail where I found the perfect item for the person I was out shopping for. Mamz behavior was as memorable as my 1st encounter Ramz because both were passionate about what they were showing me and wearing huge smiles something that's sadly missing in a lot of retailers for whatever reason. (By that I mean not a FAKE smile)

Ordered two pairs of shoes and they arrived before due time. Unfortunately they were not the right size but returning was very easy. No need to print anything nor stick your own stickers. Customer service was excellent that they even arranged a return for the day after. I got my refund very soon after with no hustle.

worst experience and client service. Was supposed to receive a reimbursement months ago, and it's not enough that it never reached me, on top, when calling to ask about it, you find rude people who even get the courage to insult you... never again
