Very attentive and responsive when booking. Omnia was so helpful and answered my many questions. Cruise was amazing on Swan Dhahabiya, the crew and staff very attentive and polite. Cabins spacious and clean and the guide Mo was excellent! We so much enjoyed it that we were sad when it ended! great food, everything was superb!

We really liked the boat Swan Dahabiya, which the Nile Cruisen staff suggested. the boat was brand new. the staff were excellent and the food fantastic. the guide they provided for our temple excursions was the best Egyptologist we've ever had. We have been to Egypt 3 times before so we've had many expereinces.

Our guide, Adli, explained the details of every temple and places we went. He also helped us to get medicine since we had diarrhea during the 1st day in the cruise. We had a great time with him during the trip.

Nilecruisen did an amazing job from start to finish. They we responsive when setting up the trip and quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions. Our tour guide Mo was the best! He knew all about Egypt from ancient history to modern day and shared so much knowledge with us. He explained all the sites to us and then would give us free time at each to explore on our own and take photos. It was nice to have everything taken care of from transportation, tickets, and even water in the van on longer trips. Mo also did a wonderful job with my kids. He made our trip easy so we could focus on enjoying and learning about Egypt and not the details that can make trips stressful. I would 100% recommend nilecruisen and Mo to anyone who wants to come to Egypt!

We finished the Nile Cruisen trip feeling enriched, not exhausted. A fulfilling and balanced experience. The all-in admission fee meant no financial stress afterward. On the transfer to the airport at the end, my partner and I were quiet, just processing. We realized we hadn’t argued once about directions, money, or what to do next—the usual travel stresses. We booked the 4 day Aswan-Luxor Nile cruise on the Concerto II with Nilescruisen. Very good experience right from booking the cruise with Omnia and the tour itself with the guide Mo who is very knowledgeable about ancient Egyptian civilization. Everything was smooth and we definitely had a wonderful tour.

Our guide, Mostafa el Hefny, went above and beyond in all regards. Not only through the tours but during his off time. Our kids got sick and he was on top of it, helping source medicine to help everyone recover and ensure we could get the best experience possible.

Wonderful time spent with our guide Mostafa el Hefny while touring Egypt via the M/S Concerto Plus. Our two families (with five kids in tow) had such an amazing experience with Mostafa visiting many, many sites and learning about Ancient Egyptian history, religion, and culture. Lots of early mornings and long days were made easier with impromptu snack and ice cream stops, and Mostafa really demonstrated modern Egyptian hospitality with his patience and kindness for us, especially for the kids. We would (and will) highly recommend his services to anyone interested in having a memorable experience in Egypt.

We spent 4 days on a Nile River Cruise with Ocean and it was above any of my expectations. Ocean is beyond a tour guide, he is a friend who shares a wealth of knowledge with you with such enthusiasm and love for Egypt. We visited various temples and tombs and Ocean made sure to ask what we wanted on the itinerary and accommodated our requests as we went. Everything about this experience was a dream.

First of all, big shout out to Hamdy who was a dream, went above and beyond for our comfort. He’s not only knowledgeable but an incredibly perceptive human being. We didn’t end up with a good guide but with a friend. He made several decisions that were critical for us to have the most conscious and meaningful experience. It is not easy to find someone with such awareness and intention.

Also, shout out to the company, we had a minor inconvenience at some point, but Mahmoud, the branch manager, really made sure everything was immediately sorted and made our experience was the best possible, at all times we really felt incredibly well taken care of. An absolute deserved 5 out of 5. Will undoubtedly count on them next time we’re back in Egypt and will surely recommend them to anyone.

Nilecruisen.com gave me everything I wanted. Time in Cairo to see the Pyramids, Sphinx, GEM and even a night at Mena House!! Then a quick airplane ride to Luxor for my Nile cruise on the Swan Dahabiya!

The Swan is the newest dahabiya on the Nile and she is gorgeous. I felt so pampered and spoiled as we sailed down the Nile. The food was great, our Egyptologist/Tour Guide spoke English perfectly and we visited at least one temple every day!

Highlights were visiting Karnak Temple, the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut's Mortuary Temple, flying in a hot air balloon, visiting the Temple of Isis at Philae and swimming in the Nile.

I booked an additional day in Luxor so I could visit Abydos and the Temple of Dendara which also gave me a chance to visit the world famous Winter Palace.

On my last day in Egypt I took the optional tour of Abu Simbel and it was the perfect way to end my visit to Egypt. Watching the sun rise over the Western Desert took my breath away.

NileCruisen took care of literally everything and worked hard to give me the exact experience I have always dreamed of. From the moment I landed in Cairo, until I flew out all I had to do was enjoy myself and I did. Very, very much.

We Spent two days with Ocean who was the most amazing tour guide. He was so knowledgeable , kind and patient. He was nothing but reliable and punctual.

He also let us take some time to explore each place by ourselves which was a really nice touch in comparison to some other tour guides we had in other parts who were nearly telling us when it was time to leave certain sites.

Another brilliant touch was an ice cooler of cold water in the van, which we could take as we needed. This was perfect for all the walking in the heat.

The best experience we’ve had with a tour guide yet. Yousef is friendly, accommodating, and a great storyteller.

He was with us for 4 days, visiting over 10 sites. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the history and each visit brought new and interesting information. We were never bored and didn’t have any temple fatigue.

He also had great suggestions when being flexible with the schedule. While the itinerary suggested visiting one temple first and then the other, Yousef’s suggestion to switch the order and avoid the crowd worked perfectly.

He also accommodated our desire to take pictures by giving us ample time alone to wander and explore as well taking many amazing and creative pictures of us — he’s got a great eye for photography! As he says, it’s his hobby.

You can tell Yousef really cares about his clients and his career, and his passion and kindness makes for an amazing tour guide.

We would highly recommend Yousef for your trip, and we would definitely book him again.
