The worst online store experience of my life.
On December 17th, I ordered 6 chairs. They were supposed to arrive within 3–4 days, but every time I followed up, they said the order was on the way. After a few days, they even stopped replying to my emails. I had no choice but to call their main company in Denmark from the Netherlands, paying international call costs every time.
Each time I called, they claimed the package had been returned and that they would resend it—but they never did. Eventually, I asked a Danish-speaking friend to call them, and they lied to her, saying my address was incomplete. This was completely false—I have proof that I entered my address correctly, and they even asked me to confirm it via email after placing the order, which I did.
That was their first lie.
After a lot of arguments and threatening to file a complaint, they finally sent 4 out of the 6 chairs. One of them was defective, and 2 were still missing. This started another exhausting process of following up for the remaining chairs.
Again, they didn’t respond to me, and I had to leave a negative comment on their Instagram page. Only then did they message me. But even after that, I had to spend another month calling and emailing just to receive the remaining chairs and a replacement for the defective one—with a lot of stress and frustration.
They completely exhausted me. They are dishonest and irresponsible.
No matter how many times I asked for a refund instead of the chairs, they kept saying the items had already been shipped and it wasn’t possible.
Truly awful service.
They also deleted my comments from their page.

I made a mistake with the shipping method; without realizing it, I selected pickup at a store, which I don't know where it is. Nobody sends such a large package for pickup at a store; ideally, it should be delivered to my home. I've been writing since yesterday because you don't have a phone number, and I only received an email response from the AI saying they would resolve it, but I haven't received any further response. I checked the shop to see, and I don't see any changes. Please, I hope you can reply and let me know if you've resolved it or not, because I honestly have no way to pick up my package. I bought chair set from them. Delivery time was week 52 and didn't come. I wait almost two weeks and nobody informed me about delay. I wrote them and they said there is a delay for almost two months and will be delivered on week 8. Then have a massage from cargo company said address is wrong. I wrote them again and they replied me in different language,I think it was Danish as I checked from Google translate. I sent 2-3 mails,ask about my delivery. There is no response,no delivery,no refund although I asked deliver or pay my money back. Never buy anything from them!!!

I received a damaged chest of drawers with the top panel split in two. The worst part is that there is no way to request a return or contact the assistance center by phone (because the only available phone number is never active). The only way to request assistance would be by email, but after 4 days I have not received any response. Your attitude is clearly unfair towards those who buy from you. Had I known this before, I would never have purchased from your site.

Nimara woud get 0 star if permitted. I ordered, paid and then received an email stating that my updated purchase is pre-order and delivery in week 4. This is end week 5 and the countless times to I have tried to speak to a human resource, I get an unintelligent AI.
The last 4 email returned with, we cannot find your order and the query is sent to an external party to investigate, and at the end of the email you find my order from 30 Nov 25 and their T&C.
Today is the last straw, I am fully covinced this business dishonest in everything sense of the word and the customer service reps are too lazy to go beyond the call to reassure you that something is actually being done.
Don't even bother calling the 0800 number or using the WhatsApp number they NEVER WORK!
Nimara in the end (and all things do come to an end) you will loose far more than you can bargain for.

We ordered almost 3 weeks ago a dining table and some other items, which they said to be delivered within 2-4 working days. Unfortunately the table is not here and we have sent more than 10 emails the last 9 days to get at least an idea when it will be delivered or even if it will be delivered. First email back was from an ai agent/bot, where after it remains quiet. We are still waiting, hoping that our table will be delivered any soon but I am worried that it will not be delivered.
CAUTION: Nimara shows timers on the website pretending discounts are ending. I have collected screenshots over multiple days - this is against Dutch law.
In addition return conditions do not meet legal requirements. Trying a product reasonabbly to determine if it meets expectations cannot lead to costs.
50% devaluation if original packaging is missing is also against the law.
Check company history: this is just another boosted dropshipper that does not add value, does not know the law and will ignore your rights to appear cheap.

Since you are asking - I still have not received the couch I ordered on the 10th of December. I am getting pretty impatient.
I liked the quality of the product. The instruction manual is very easy to read and follow to assemble the furniture.
