This is the worst shopping experience I have ever had in my life. The quality of their products is cheap, badly made, and not like the pictures in their website. These products are made in China in a very low quality factory, not in France. Whenyoue contact them,they keep answering you in French even if you write in English. When I tried to return the articles (mostly bras and some of them not even taken out of their bag) they said they do not accept returns for hygienical reasons, which is something you could only apply to panties, not bras. They are a complete SCAM. When I made a complaint to Paypal, they finally agreed to return my money, but I first had to return the items myself. They gave me an address in the US! In a shady area. When my package arrived they again refused to pay me my momey back, which means I paid for the shippment, they kept their products and yet did not return my money. And when I contacted them, they had the audacity to be completely rude and say it was my problem if I sent them the items. It´s absolutely disgusting. They have no values and their only purpose is to make money out of people´s trust in their product. Please do not fall for this scam and if anyone wants to join me in filing an official complaint to the authorities, you are welcome to contact me. I am in the process at the moment.

I bought on 27th June 2025 the BRA INVISIBLE WITHOUT STRAPS, black color: the lycra is of poor quality -very fine-; the lateral fasteners that must be tied forward are rolled up with movement's body; the internal padding of the bra can be removed but it's WHITE!(has to be black); and do not hold at all, the backrest part can not adjust as it is whole (to put on the bra you have to dress it from above): €39,90 is a lot of money for something so poor quality. DO NOT BUY IT.

The item came from China. The size didn’t fit well. The material was not of the quality I saw in the film/ad. When I checked their return policy, I found out that underwear can’t be returned! People please don’t trust this drop shipping platform! Later I found the same looking item in other platform where the price was only 6 eur!

This is just a SCAM!!!! Took all the right measurements. Still ordered in two sizes. The quality is below standard. The bras don’t fit at all. Wanted to return them but couldn’t because I had tried them on. Never heard anything like it. Bras that don’t fit. Every brand sizes differently. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the reviews.

Purchased a bra, carefully measured myself before purchasing. The website size guide gives suggestion to buy XL size if you have cup D.
Received my order to find the Chinese packaged bra of very low quality, the packaging in Chinese says that max size is cup C (google lens helps with translation)
Contacting asking to return the bra, seller refused even though the bra is packaged and sealed.
I was offered 'as a goodwill gesture' to quote: on the purchase of the same product in a different size so that you can find what you're looking for'
How can I purchase what I look for if packaging clearly says that they do not manufacture D cup size bra!?
Avoid at all costs!

If i could I would give 0 stars. Horrible costumer service. And sizing. Insane,their size M bodysuit or lingerie,cup size is so small that even if you have A cup size,its going to be too small. Also My order came in obviously resealed package.
Contacted them straight away,they refusing to take it back. Send them pics and all. Plus there is no sign of hygiene seal on any of their products. Disgusting costumer service. And their products aren't cheap. Wonder if there is a way to bring this to attention of consumers right protection office in their country

I purchased two personalized necklaces. The quality was horrendous like two pieces of cheap tin.
I complained to no avail, they said I ordered them so tough luck basically and I could not return them as they were personalized.
DO NOT use this company!!

I ordered online from Nina perfect skin thinking it was French manufactured lingerie. After 1 month I received one item of the 5 ordered, it came from China, the quality was shocking and the rest of the items never arrived!

SCAM! I have never received the order and they have not refunded me money!

Ordered size S. Tried it on once and realized I needed size M. The company didn’t allow me to return the bra since the package was open (hygiene). Who heard of such a terrible business model that you can’t return if you need a different size (we all know that you are never the same size in all brands). Lost $50. I hope their business model fails. They don’t deserve to succeed with such a bad customer experience.

Do not waste your money. Poor quality.

Very satisfied with the article that I got!
First I had some problems with the arrival of package but than Charlotte took care of it.She was very kind and helpful,available at any time even during weekends.

Unfortunately i also have the negative experience with them. What i have got was not similiar to the body i ordered. Poor quality and the size which was much smaller than what it should be (and i checked the size table!!!). But as soon as u get it, they try to refuse the return and refund. So be aware!

5 stars for me!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 100% satisfactory. Best fit on my body, the fabric is awesome! All in all its perfect. Highly recommended 💖💖💖

It is a scam! I placed an order in mid september and never heard from them - no purchase, no refund. Sent several email - no reply, called - not in service. Beware!
