I have been a regular buyer of Nine West shoes, sandles, boots for many years due to the comfort quality & very stylish selection it’s always been my first go to brand . It appears the quality has really fallen. Each time I’ve made purchases recently the shoe material has been deteriorating much sooner than the original shoes I bought & my most recently bought sandles the two straps broke. I had the first one repaired at the boot makers but now the second strap has broken I’m in two minds whether to have them repaired again due to costs & the possibility they’re just going to break again. The workmanship where the strap is attached is shocking a scant piece of material glued in place to keep it attached. Very disappointed & obviously cannot return them as beyond date of return. I’m in two minds whether to purchase from Nine West again. Very sad to see a quality brand sink.

This is a fake website. Ordered two pairs of boots. After couple of reminders, they emailed tracking information from China using broken English. After two months, I received notification from customs that I received a watch in an amount of 5 EUR (the same tracking number as in the email). Company didn't respond to my queries. It appears that ninewesttopanky.sk is very similar website. Don't order from them, they are both fake websites.
