It arrived more or less according to your estimated date of arrival, taking into consideration that we have a war going on here and most airlines have stopped coming here. It was well packed and my husband is very pleased. He is the one who takes them. I also ordered something for my sister so we're waiting for that to arrive. I tried to find out about the delivery of a perishable product that seems to be delayed AFTER clearing customs. I called the hotline. The agent Nidhi was unhelpful. Merely said it had been handed to Israeli Post. I enquired as to how/if this was being kept refrigerated. Could not answer and refused to have a representative of the company contact me
