The product was reasonably priced and the shipping cost in Israel was minimal.
But it took a whole month to receive my order, which didn't make sense for a local delivery to an address 2 hours away from you.
Only after 3-plus weeks (when I called the Israeli customer service number... and got routed to someone in India...) did I discover that the product needed to be imported first, and then shipped to me from the local NineLife branch. It would be good to let customers know about this up front when they order it.
I should also mention that the tracking option did not work. Every time I tried to track the shipment with the link you provided, the only info was that my "purchase was confirmed" (and this date - which should have been Sept. 16 - changed several times to match the date I was checking it). So it would be good to make that truly functional.
