I bought 1 tshirt from the company. I love thier designs and the fact it's run by veterans. I was going to buy more but just wanted to check one out first. I'm glad I only ordered one. The quality of... See more

Ordered 3 shirts and could not be more…

Ordered 3 shirts and could not be more disappointed. Shirts are made of such thin material you can see through it. The neck holes are gigantic and makes a never worn shirt look stretched out. These guys are taking people money and giving them a terrible product. What a scam ! I waited weeks or these shirts on top of the poor quality. Dont walk but run from these guys.

I went to the store in Savannah they wont honor any discounts. Ordered my last online still stuck in Denver CO. since mar 31. Quality of material has slipped. All this probably should stay away until they get or decide to get their act together

Ordered from here twice now

Ordered from here twice now. Bought 2 hoodies which are super comfy and no complaints. I definitely forgot how slow shipping is from my first order and where it says next day shipping that is total bs. I ordered a few more things which will be my last. Just takes way too long to receive product. If you don’t mind waiting 2-3 weeks then give them a try. Ps. Was supposed to get my second delivery today but did not arrive.

Was advertised as an American made…

Was advertised as an American made jacket by supposedly veteran owned and made. Was a Rothco jacket, made in China. I'm going to start calling customer service before ordering any more clothing online, as I want American made, and if I can support veterans that is even better. If you advertise it as such, I should not find a "Made in China" label.

Out $200 and No Order

I would have given zero stars but not an option. I spent about $200 on an order in November for Christmas. Needless to say the order did not arrive for Christmas. Then come January 2nd and I call them and they ask me to wait and call back in a week, which is absurd. Then a week later I call back and the original lady, I believe her name was Trish or Julie. She escalated me to a manager and the manager just repeated continually file with USPS to get a refund, as if I didn’t hear the first time after telling her I already did and it was open and closed and USPS has lost it. She then tried to lie and say I didn’t send a message to them which I did and the First Lady already confirmed I didn’t send. She then hung up on me and now I stuck filing with my bank to try to get my money. What ever happened to customer service? Businesses used to refund and apologize and offer something additional to ensure you come back. This is sad.

Cheap shirt made in South America

I bought a limited addition, short run shirt to benefit R 22 military dog group the T-shirt was made in Nicaragua. It’s some cheap 3 blend paper thin material You can hold it up to the light and you can see through the shirt the logo on the back the silk screening on it is only covers about half the letters. It’s just like faded out you can look through the through the silk screen is splotchy see the photos I have emailed the company and have gotten no reply

Ordered after seeing on tv

Ordered after seeing on tv. Wanted to help the hurricane victims in North Carolina and also Veterans. The shirts looked like I ordered from Temu or Shein. Theyre mens shirts but look like thin stretched out womens shirts. Thin and neck is huge. These are the worst shirts ive ever seen. You can tell theyre made in another country . Will never order from Nine Line again. Im embarrassed to give them to my guys for Christmas.
I hope this company makes changes to quality because I would love to see them prosper. I did a bad review of shirts on Facebook and they deleted my comment. In a private conversation On messenger they went head to head with me when I said that were tagged shirts Honduras and Nicaragua. They said the material was US but why would they be assembled in a foreign country? They said Bella Canvas does their apparel and are proud of them but Bella Canvas also has a bad reputation. In the last of our conversations on messenger they said they have plenty of people who buy their Products. I guess so essentially they dont need me. This is what they said in end...We're not at all! We are just doing great, so we're not worried about it! Thanks for your input!

Product quality not what it used to be

Quality of t-shirt material so poor, you can see through it. Who are they kidding advertising as a US Company when the tags on the shirts say "Assembled in Nicaragua of US components". 50% polyester, 25% rayon and 25% cotton. Guess I missed the fine print or this is just the new "wicking" material. Like the messages on the shirts, but not worth the price and want to support the US economy. Anxious to see how well the return process works.

New tee shirt purchases were thin…

New tee shirt purchases were thin material, not like the previously 100% cotton made in the USA! I did not want and stay away from the whatever you want to call the latest thing, fast dry material. New tees are at least an inch shorter in the waist and the sleeve lengths keep crawling into your arm pit. New material is a mixed 3 blend of materials, NO cotton, provided to Honduras for cutting and sewing. This is my last order from this American ex-military company.

I would give it a 2.5 but

I would give it a 2.5 but, I received 2 of the ordered 4 items (50%) that were apparently shipped as 4 and then Nine Line decided to refund after shipping and sent 2 items. Received the shipping notification for the 4 items via USPS -Order # USA4352830. These items were for a 4 group Physicians office VA Retirees). I called ahead to ensure that the items were on hand to order and then placed the order. Fiasco- weeks later, an employee returned my call and said that they would make it right and ship the remaining items. Nope - Never happened. Here it is 6 months later. - Sad, never again.

30$ for a 50% polyester and only 25% cotton t shirt with a destroyed American flag logo on the back. This is Temu level quality that you can buy for 2 dollars.Thought I was buying something nice but I felt scammed after this purchase. Most probably the owner is an opportunistic piece of trickster selling patriotism while getting rich.I waited one year to visit US an buy this T-shirt.Worst thing ever

Order never came.

My husband put in an order and never received his shirts. They said it would take a month to ship from China, but 6 months later, it still hasn’t come. (Couldn’t recall exact date) He laughed it off, but I felt we need to warn future customers.

NOT MADE IN THE U.S, DELETING MY REVIEW ON WEBSITE

APPAREL IS NOT MADE IN THE U.S. I I ordered 2 shirts, the tag shows "USA STRONG, ASSEMBLED IN NICARAGUA OF U.S. COMPONENTS". Another website claiming to care about American manufacturing yet is made in NICARAGUA. I tried leaving a REVIEW ON YOUR WEBSITE 3 TIMES AND YOU'VE DELETED IT EVERY TIME. So you are deceiving your customers.

Expensive shirts. Cheap material.Good Customer service!

Expensive for what you get. T shirts are cheap, lightweight and very thin material. Doubt they will last long. Sizes run small - Order a size larger.. overall not impressed. Will probably not buy again..
I only live 30 miles from their factory in Savannah.. I should’ve visited in person to check quality before ordering online.. lesson learned..
UPDATE: 9/19/24: As I said sizes run small. I returned 3 shirts for exchange to larger size. Entire process from me shipping to receiving new shirts was 10 days. So pretty responsive customer service. Just wish shirts were heavier material. Wanted to support them as I am a veteran but just can't..
